The outbuildings have a "working farm charm", and may be a little messy due to storage of articles from past generations. The house does sit on NY 14 and can have some road noise.

It is only minutes from many wineries and only 15 minutes from watkins glen. The house has a full kitchen with cooking basics and a k-cup coffee maker 3 bedrooms with king size beds. A stream flowing right through the back yard. There are toys and games and a hot tub. There's some noise from the traffic on rte 14 but peaceful otherwise.

This house has a suite with a king bed, mini-kitchen, and a full bath (shower). There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a separate bath (tub/shower). There is a large living room, a full eat-in kitchen and an outdoor grill. Extra seating including a dining table and picnic table is available on the deck overlooking the lake. There is a separate rental unit (Keuka Beach House) along the lake that shares the beach and dock, just a one-minute walk down the hill.

After spending a day out sight seeing or hiking the Watkins glen gorge, you can relax in the hot tub or around the fire pit. Fire wood is provided.
