We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

Very pleasant house to stay in, extremely quiet, with superb views of Lake Trasimeno. It is excellently located, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car you can also be in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many other beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or cycle, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. We've lived in Italy for several years and this was one of our very best getaway experiences. The house was comfortable - hot shower, well-stocked kitchen, and great single-level layout with little kids. The real reason to book is the stunning outdoor area and dream hosts. Sunset foosball tournaments, unparalleled valley view from the hot tub, and two outdoor grilling stations. The incredibly kind hosts took our kids to see their farm animals, arranged a family tour of the local olive oil mill, and brought us fresh fruit from their orchard. We can't wait to come back!

Mariano and his son Nicolò are two welcoming, helpful, warm and loving people. They were flexible with our arrival time to check in and were kind enough to let us find an iron, as we had missed bringing it. Quiet and sheltered place, where you can sleep very well :)

Nice apartment, great location, wonderful Host!

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Andrea and Flavio were excellent hosts. The location is perfectly situated just outside the city gates. The parking on premises was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. The tub was perfect to give our little one a bath and the children’s park just a five-minute walk away was perfect to keep everyone happy as we would come and go in the city. I highly recommend this BNB to everyone, especially families.

Great location with everything you need (sheets and towels) and also with breakfast food (coffee, cookies, jam, snacks). The house is well-structured and the very large outdoor garden is a pleasant plus. The only thing is the parking spot, but there are free spots a few hundred meters from the house.

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Apartamento very convenient for a visit to Perugia, especially if you are driving. Gabriele is very responsive as a host, and the apartment is well equipped, as it appears in the listing.

We chose Maurizio's place for the second consecutive year, mindful of an enchanting stay. The green area and swimming pool are fantastic, they allowed us to relax and entertain our kids. The apartment had everything you needed and the host had also worked to provide us with an extra pot for family needs. We can only highly recommend the Oasi di Agilla for pleasant stays, as a couple/family with the possibility of visiting wonderful Umbrian and Tuscan villages. the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carla’s. She met us at the mini-metro stop and walked us to the apartment. She gave us a tour and answered all questions. The recommendations she provided were spot on. The house was loaded with extra goodies and water and the location is really unbeatable. The back patio is breathtaking to watch the fog in the valley in the mornings. Stay here if you get a chance and enjoy what it would be like to be a local.

Accommodation inserted in the context of an Art Nouveau-style villa of the early 1900s, with a garden and comfort space next to the apartment. Beautiful view of Assisi and Mount Subasio. Possibility of parking in the back of the house.

We enjoyed 4 nights here and our stay was very nice. The terrace was a lovely place to relax and have some wine while sitting in the sun. We enjoyed the wine and chips left for us and appreciated the thoughtful gift. We had some wonderful meals in town and even attended a chorale concert in the church nearby. Like most Italian hill towns, this one has many charming but steep little roads and walkways but this is why we love Italy. We quickly grew to really enjoy Spello and staying in Manuela's place gave us easy access to all that we needed.

Frederica's place is fantastic. An amazing location in a beautiful city. Inside the flat is modern, but sympathetic to the wonderful old building. This is a really special place and I loved staying there. Frederica was a great host.

We loved our stay at Ramona’s place. It was extremely clean and Ramona’s attention to details were appreciated. It was so comfortable, close to the lake, old town and grocery stores. Our rental car reservation did not work out so Ramona sent her husband to pick us up and return us to the train station. He also found us a local rental car. Both were more than helpful in every way. Very convenient place to drive through Umbria and Tuscany. The sunsets from the balcony are not to be missed. A wonderful coffee bar she recommended is just down the street. We hope to return soon and stay longer.
