We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a shared pool... In short, a heavenly place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

The apartment is lovely, cozy, comfortable, well equipped, ideal for a couple. The comfortable and nearby covered parking lot (Pope John Paul II°), allows you to leave the car and enjoy Assisi, on foot. In the same square, there are bus stops. Daniela is a very courteous host, always available, but discreet. He personally welcomed us, even though it was already at night, to show us the apartment and for the check-in practices. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

The very kind and accommodating host gave us great directions to the area and was very helpful. Clean and cozy accommodation. The only thing to note is that the front door curtains do not cover enough light from the outside.

First experience in the apartment, initially wary, but this apartment was other expectations for the attention to detail, order but above all the cleanliness and also the welcome of the truly familiar property.

Functional and pleasant accommodation, great location!

Marcus' apartment is in a perfect location, right in the center. It is located on the second floor, two large bedrooms, perfectly equipped kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher, blind bathroom, but functional. Perugia proved to be a perfect location, also for visiting other destinations such as Assisi, Spoleto and its surroundings. Marcus was always kind and helpful.

Carlo's house is very clean, he provides a very rich breakfast, and even prepared fresh eggs and goose eggs for us. And Carlo's house has a very large animal area, sheep, pigs, chickens, cats, dogs, it's a surprise for animal lovers!Also, Carlo's house has a very large parking space, and Carlo is also very friendly. I totally recommend it!

Responsive host (and co-host), lovely location and easy to get to places. Easy, straightforward check-in even without the host present to greet us as they weren't available. Next time we'll book with Ernesto again. 🙂

Our stay in Spello was absolutely magical! The town is an enchanting place and staying at Manuela’s apartment made our time so enjoyable. The apartment has plenty of room and the views from the private patio are outstanding. Manuela welcomed us into her apartment and despite the language differences, she made us feel immediately at home. Thanks for everything Manuela! We would highly recommend a stay at Manuela’s apartment in Spello.

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

The appartement was very nice, clean, big and for a very good price. The host also took the time to show us the appartment, where we could park, and restaurants in the neighborhood which was a nice touch

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We had fun. Beautiful scenary Gubbio is nearby and is top! Guiseppe and family are fun as well!

The listing is photo compliant. The garden and pool are really beautiful for relaxing and resting. Plan the mosquito repellent for the end of the day and evening. Numerous sites and castles to visit nearby. I recommend the nearby restaurant Le Fenice (€15 menu with entrance, pizza, dessert and coffee).

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

Our stay at Gino's House in Gubbio was a real delight! Daniela and Gino's warm welcome made us feel like longtime friends. The accommodation, nestled in the greenery, was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool, a haven of peace, allowed us to relax after our days of sightseeing. The location is ideal, close to the historic center of Gubbio while being quiet. Gino and Daniela gave us great tips for discovering the region, enriching our stay with beautiful tours. During our two weeks, we particularly enjoyed the cooking class offered by our hosts, where we learned how to make fresh pasta while sharing a friendly moment. We will keep an unforgettable memory of this experience and highly recommend this place to all lovers of authentic Italy. If you are looking for comfort, authenticity, and discovery, look no further!

Great views. We only stayed one night, but had the opportunity to enjoy the SPA, which is cozy and beautiful.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!
