Very nice and modern apartment

We were very pleased with this place, primarily due to its excellent location. The apartment is centrally located, with everything within walking distance, yet it remains quiet and secluded. The decor is fresh and comfortable, making it a great base for sleeping and relaxing. There is room for improvement, as the apartment could benefit from an interior designer's touch; it feels like it was planned and furnished by the owners themselves, lacking professional advice. Nevertheless, we were satisfied with our stay. The location gave us great flexibility. The apartment provided drinks, fruits, and other essentials. The hosts were particularly welcoming, friendly, and easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was cosy, very clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. We especially appreciated the warm welcome with some lovely refreshments – fresh fruits and a bottle of wine were such a thoughtful touch. Really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Agita(owner) is a wonderful responsive and friendly person. The apartments are located in a new building. Provision store/"small supermarket" (name "Beta")within walking distance (about 10 minutes walk). Sigulda Castle - 30 minutes walk.

Ļoti jauka komunikācija, ja varētu atstātu 6 / 5 zvaigznēm :) Atļāva izčekoties nedaudz vēlāk, kas atviegloja turpmāko dienu, milzīgs paldies par to :) Viss bija super, ja apmeklējat Limbažus noteikti varat tur palikt un to nenožēlosiet :)

Great place. Quiet, easy parking, up one storey. Host even provided an awesome home made jam (we ate almost the whole jar in 3 days/2 nights!!! I may have popped the leftover jam into a container to eat later it was that good!

Unser Aufenthalt in Anses Apartment in Līgatne war rundum gelungen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude unweit der historischen Papierfabrik. Bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man den malerischen Bach rauschen – fast wie aus einem Bilderbuch. Das Apartment ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die große, moderne Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Besonders gefallen hat uns das geschmackvoll renovierte Bad sowie die charmante Kombination aus restauriertem Boden und stilvollen Vintage-Möbeln, die den Charakter des Hauses wunderbar zur Geltung bringen. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Anse verlief reibungslos und herzlich – man spürt, wie viel Herzblut in dieser Unterkunft steckt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

All over good place, good location, good for families

Super fin lille lejlighed med en skøn park i “baghaven”, en købmand rundt om hjørnet og restauranter til enhver smag.

Nachdem wir die letzten vier Tage in Städten verbracht hatten, hatten wir Sehnsucht nach ländlicher Ruhe und Weite. Genau das haben wir bei Marika und Gerry gefunden. Ein lettisches Landhaus, mitten auf der grünen Wiese mit sehr netten und hilfreichen Gastgebern. Auch den Austausch mit den beiden haben wir genossen, was ja selbst bei Airbnb leider immer seltener der Fall ist. Für uns ist das nach wie vor ein Grund für Airbnb in Abgrenzung zu Hotels oder Bed and Breakfast. Alles in allem haben wir zwei sehr erholsame Tage gehabt, mit Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, die wir mit dem Fahrrad erkundet haben. Highlights waren das Baden im Matinusee und der spontane Besuch in der KUSSH-Brauerei mit feinem Bier, Dartwerfen und Tischfussball.

Lovely place at a very heart of Cēsis. The view of the St. Johns church just outside the windows is beautiful and you can reach all the main sightseeing objects within few minutes. Apartment is well equipped, there was even a box full of toys for kids which made our toddler double happy.

Contact-less check-in, pretty interior, comfortable room with all the necessary appliances (including coffee machine!) even in the cheapest room

We loved staying at Girtz. Location was spot on, walkable to all the necessary stuff and activities in Sigulda. Girtz was also a very friendly host, we can only recommend him to others!:)

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Alles war wie beschrieben, Girts ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber. Auf unsere Anfragen bekamen wir stets sofort Antwort. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, ruhig, aber zentral. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof und Wanderwege. Klare Empfehlung!

Everything was good, location pretty close to bus/train stations, only 5 minutes to old town by walking. Grocery store is just across the street. Really good spot if you are staying overnight. 👍🏻

We had a great stay. The apartment is nicer than what is showed on the pictures. It is on the first floor with a nice view on the big shared garden. The hosts live next door and are very reactive. The apartment is very well located to explore the area.

A great little location right in the city centre, in a quiet area right next to many historic sights. The host was very friendly and communicative, and the flat itself matched the description well, and was in good working order. Two things worth mentioning - the WiFi signal was quite weak, and the bed mattress might be too hard for some. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay here, and it was definitely worth the value for money.

Prachtig, modern, heel ruim appartement met super comfortabele bedden. Met balkon en gezamelijke tuin. Perfect gelegen om Riga, Sigulda en Gauja National Park te ontdekken. Winkels en restaurant vlakbij, maar toch rustig gelegen. Privé parking. Goede communicatie met de verhuurders. Toen bij aankomst de wifi niet bleek te werken, stuurden we een bericht, alles werd direct opgelost 😁 . Een echte aanrader voor iedereen!
