A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Lovely host who was always quick to respond and who gave helpful tips, whether about directions or the local water quality. We actually bridged the gap between our sold house and the new one here, and we found all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. What I enjoyed specifically was that it was very quiet, but you still had major traffic junctions, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. So nothing took more than a short drive. The whole family made us feel welcome from day one. And if you get a chance to come during Carnival and try the crostoli – take it 😉

Gabriella was a wonderful host, excellent communication and even came to pick us up when our train was delayed. The apartment is immaculate, quality fixtures and fittings and linen and towels of the same high standard. The little extras like chocolates on the bed, a full fruit bowl, generous tea and coffee , food items for dinner and a fridge stocked with drinks really set Gabriella’s apartment above the rest. It provides a great base to explore all the region has to offer. Wish we could have stayed longer. Recommend in the highest possible terms.

Wonderfull appartment offered by Phil and Sylvie. They have great instructions/advice and are really flexible/relaxed. You will share the property with other guests in the other appartments though, so if that’s not your thing keep this in mind. We shared it with really relaxed families as well, so absolutely a great experience. The area offers a mix of must visit small towns and larger cities (Vicenza/Padua +-30 minutes and Venice +-45 minutes) with everything you neer for a great holiday! 5 stars for sure.
