Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Vallons-de-L'Erdre

We loved our stay here! It was a great value and plenty of room for our needs. The kitchen was perfect and equipped to make meals for the family. We really appreciated the large common area and it was just a beautiful apartment overall. Excellent location - steps to tram for the train and exploring further, with most everything we wanted walkable from the apartment. Tons of great restaurants within steps. A note for others: it is a 4th floor apartment with no elevator. We could manage but with kids and luggage it required a couple trips up and down on the way out. We also only had carry ons. I wouldn't stay here if you don't pack light!

Nos encantó! El departamento tenía una ubicación excelente, cerca de la zona comercial y muchos restaurantes (aunque puede ser un poco ruidoso por las noches). Recientemente remodelado, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar una estancia inmejorable, además que el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente. Solo para tomar en cuenta que el edificio no tiene elevador.

This was my third wonderful stay with Yannick in Nantes. I am in Nantes often and can’t imagine staying anywhere else! The location is the best in Nantes and the apartment is private and very elegantly appointed.

Bien passé

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend dans le logement. La décoration a été réalisé avec goût, le logement est situé en plein centre ville permettant de d'accéder aux commerces/restaurants à pied. La communication avec Nicolas est très aisée.

Me alojé con mi familia 4 días y estuvimos como en casa. Espacios amplios, todo limpio, muy silenciosa y con muy buena comunicación. Un total acierto! Totalmente accesible con carrito de bebé.

L'appartement est vraiment sympa et la terrasse un vrai plus. Le coin est calme et beaucoup de chose accessible à pied. Les recommandations restaurant vraiment top. Une super communication, vraiment rien à redire.

This is a great place if you are looking for a spacious property in the quiet French village of Le Cellier with a beautiful view. Frédéric is an outstanding and responsive host. We highly recommend this wonderful home.

La maison est très bien placée, tram à proximité. Le garage est un plus. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très propre. Il est très sympathique d’avoir des dosettes à disposition (cafés et lave vaisselle !)

Une maison cachée dans un hameau avec une vue imprenable sur la Loire. Un logement de qualité et correspondant aux photos de l'annonce. Vous y serez très bien accueilli.

Très jolie maison, meublée avec beaucoup de goût, dans une rue calme, dans un quartier charmant et pittoresque, à proximité de lieux sympathique de Nantes. Commerces à proximité. Sabrina a été très réactive à nos demandes.

Beau logement, propre , fonctionnel, bien placé , proche de toute commodité, et également conforme aux photos. Jonathan est très réactif, répond assez vite au message ou question qu’on se pose, tout est mis à disposition pour passez un agréable séjour, je recommande vivement ! Ma meilleur expérience Airbnb !! Annie France est une hôte absolument adorable, qui a notamment été très clémente vis à vis de mon horaire d’arrivée très tardive. La maison est magnifique et l’espace dédié aux locataires est assez isolé de la maison pour bénéficier d’un espace à soit. Je recommande les yeux fermés !!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Romain. Le logement était très propre, confortable et bien situé. L'endroit est aussi très calme. Romain a été accueillant, réactif et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement !

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Viviane et Pierre. Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description. L'équipement en électroménager est de qualité. La literie est très confortable. L'immeuble est très calme. L'emplacement de ce logement permet de découvrir et de visiter Nantes et les alentours dans de très bonnes conditions. La documentation fournie par Viviane tant pour l'électroménager que pour les idées de sorties nous a été très utile. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les produits alimentaires (brioche, lait, jus de fruits) mis à notre disposition pour le petit-déjeuner.

Appartement très agréable, clair, propre, confortable, très bien équipé. Conforme à l'annonce. Centre ville facilement accessible à pied ou en bus (arrêt proche de l'appartement). Petits commerces à proximité. Très bon accueil de la part de Katherine. Location recommandée.
