Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bicycle racks are provided (within the limit of 2) so they will be safe.

In the heart of Grand-Auverné, close to shops (bakery/grocery store, bar/restaurant, hairdresser). 16 km from Châteaubriant.

This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, ideal for 4 adults and 2 children maximum. The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to eat or relax and an outdoor area of 3800 m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to September 27). Our house is also on this property.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay...
