Valloire: quiet with a nice view

Overlooking Valloire, in the peaceful hamlet of the Col, the chalet is connected, in winter, to the center of the resort by a free shuttle bus (5-10 min). Return is possible by skiing via an off-pane. Equipped with a terrace, the accommodation offers views of the surrounding mountains. The decor, elegant and refined is predominantly wooded. We have designed the cottage, so that you can spend exceptional moments for families or with friends. Private parking, ski and bike storage, boot warmer.

Tastefully decorated and comfortable, ideal for discovering our beautiful region on vacation or on a sports stay (hiking, biking, mountain biking, via ferrata, climbing, paragliding, swimming, fishing...) Very nice view of the Bauges and Chartreuse Alps – Close to lakes, the 7 Laux family ski resorts, Collet and the Allevard thermal baths.

Chalet in the heart of the mountains

Ideally located between the municipalities of Valloire and Valmeinier, the "Joli Lancine" is a beautiful and comfortable detached chalet in a small hamlet. Carefully renovated in 2022. Enjoy its south-facing terrace, very sunny. In winter, it has quick access to the slopes thanks to free shuttles, Galibier-Thabor ski area (160 km of slopes). In summer it is at the start of hikes, and will give you the opportunity to climb the Col du Télégraphe or the Col du Galibier.

La Grave: Architect-designed house with unique views

In the heart of the Écrins National Park, perched in the Hameau des Terrasses, this contemporary house has stunning views of the Meije glaciers. The 95 m2 house is characterized by its openings and unique volumes offering its occupants an extraordinary panoramic landscape. It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It received the 2022 Archicote Award.

Ideal base camp for rider, with the possibility of walking and proximity by car (essential) to 3 large ski resorts: Les 2 Alpes(20 min), Alpe d 'Huez, La Grave and Les Valons de la Meije. My accommodation is close to Vanoise Park with a beautiful view of the mountains of the Maurienne Valley. You will also appreciate it for its calm, its outdoor spaces, for cyclists its location near the mythical passes of the Tour de France (Galibier, Madeleine, Croix de Fer...) for skiers and hikers 5 km from the winter/summer resort of Les Karellis. My place is good for couples, solo travelers.
