The Terrace On The Nera River

SoniaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Communication, kindness, and professionalism from this Host. As for the house: The kitchen was not only equipped with all the utensils (pots, plates, glasses, cups and mugs) but we also found what we needed to cook without having to go out. Pasta, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, herbs, sauce... There was everything! And that's not a foregone conclusion! Delightful terrace with a beautiful view of the mountain and the Nera. There are also many books for those who stay longer and like to spend some time relaxing by reading. The area is also very strategic for the many activities it offers, and the small villages to visit are beautiful, as well as the most renowned centers. We'll be back! Thank you for everything
A spacious living area features a comfortable sofa and a wooden dining table surrounded by woven chairs. A decorative armchair adds character, while exposed wooden beams enhance the ceiling. Natural light filters through large windows, complementing the warm tones of the tiled floor.

Monterone 64 Apartment

Accommodation a five-minute walk from the center of Spoleto, with both paid and free parking lots near the property. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, with a wide assortment for breakfast. Polite and very kind host.
A modern bathroom is featured, showcasing a round, dark ceramic sink above a light countertop. A minimalistic black soap dispenser sits beside a decorative container labeled 'BATH.' Below, woven baskets provide additional storage, and a well-organized drawer maintains a tidy appearance.

A narrow street lined with stone buildings creates a charming atmosphere. Signs and displays showcase local crafts and food. The scene is illuminated by soft light filtering through the clouds, while the terracotta rooftops and various windows add to the historic appeal.

Iolanda's Farm, Tiny House

MarioRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Heidi and Jolanda are great hosts, made me feel like one of the family. Even beautiful Camilla, the dog, not the Queen of England, and Charlie the donkey made me feel as one of the family. I had some fantastic food at a place recommended by Haidi and enjoyed their company immensely. Hope to go back!

Vacation Home

ReginaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and linens of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very convenient: parking right in front of the entrance. Outside you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun – ideal for relaxing. The cordiality of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal to explore Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again – my time there was so beautiful. I'd love to come back and highly recommend this place, even for longer stays. Thank you so much, dear Laura!

An excellent place with stunning views and Daniela's cooking is simply fantastic. I look forward to returning on vacation to fully enjoy this wonderful place. Thank you very much, Fabio and Daniela!

Stay in 800+ Year Old Fortress Watchtower

Fellipe & CarlaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
The location of this apartment was a nice surprise since we thought we were going to be in the town of Spoleto (an error on the Airbnb website) but instead we stayed in an apartment within a historic building where we had spectacular views of the Umbrian countryside. The apartment was rustic and cozy, the views from the balcony were fantastic and the village was so quiet and serene. A nice bonus (even during the chilly autumn months) was having access to the jacuzzi located in the garden overlooking the valley. The welcome snack basket was a nice touch we certainly appreciated. The kitchen was fairly well equipped with a microwave, moka coffee maker and stove but there is no oven. There is a laundry room in the building which is accessible to guests. The house may not be suitable for people with limited mobility as there are a few flights of stairs to climb to get inside the unit and also to access the bedroom which is on a level above the living space (a loft like configuration).
