This home was everything we hoped it would be. It offered a peaceful location for our family (two kids, 4 and 2). The home was cozy and the recommendations from Nadia were great. We went to several of the recommended restaurants as well as the Teddy Bear museum and hiked the Rosendale Trestle. Truly a wonderful stay.

The place was clean, beautifully kept and well supplied- we loved the backyard! Gabriela was very communicative. Highly recommend!

Rene was very responsive and gave very clear instructions on things. Place was very neatly put together and the area is very beautiful for a getaway.

A hidden gem! This spot has a ton of character and the hosts are awesome! The lake and surrounding area is beautiful as well, with plenty to do for the outdoorsy type and cute shops and great restaurants within minutes. would highly recommend and hope to find time for a return trip!

We had the perfect stay for our Thanksgiving. Lots of toys for the kiddo, backyard for the dogs to run around, and a well-stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs (utensils, platters, etc). Sadly we didn’t get to use the play set or the fire pit due to the weather, but we hope to come back when weather is slightly warmer!

Martin's house was tastefully decorated and free of clutter. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet. The house was a short drive from charming downtown Kent and several hiking trails. My kids especially appreciated the large television, games, and hot tub.

The house is well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook/grill. The hot tub was pleasant and the backyard was great for our kids. The location is only about 7 minutes from downtown Cold Spring and 15-20 minutes from Beacon. The location was ideal for wanting a mix of peace and quiet with accessibility to local attractions.

A couple of college friends and our young families stayed here for a long weekend to meet each others kids and have a good time. The house was perfect for young kids & babies to run/crawl around and have a good time with one another. The hot tub was also a nice refuge at the end of the day when all the kids went to bed :) and it was extremely clean which is a plus! Overall great stay!

We enjoyed the lovely cozy, private cottage with our family. It was a pleasure to have the animals nearby for the kids to interact with, a safe environment to roam in the woods, and very convenient to have the farm shop a few steps away for local eggs, meats, etc. The cottage was stylishly modern with a clean aesthetic and modern conveniences. Josh was very accessible via text/phone and checked in with us during our stay. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and would recommend to nature lovers, families, and those looking for a getaway in the woods!

Alex was a very gracious host. We had an easy check in and a great first night — the listing was as described and the location was very quiet and scenic. When a big snow storm hit and we had to leave early, Alex was quick to accommodate our early check out. Thank you for being a great host!

The cottage was very clean and homey. Very convenient to new paltz and local hiking. Peaceful and quiet area. Plenty of fire wood and kitchen was stocked with snacks. We had a great stay and Amitai was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

Breathtaking Views, Cozy Cabin - A Perfect Getaway. From the moment we arrived at lazy river , we were blown away. The views were absolutely incredible! Waking up to the Delaware river and the winter views, the sunrise over the mountains, was truly magical. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a comfortable bed. We especially loved the deck views of the river, with driving distance to beautiful views like high point and surrounding hills only minutes away, the fire pit outside and the fire place inside, can't forget the good collection of record players. David was a fantastic host. They were very responsive, helpful with local tips, and ensured we had everything we needed. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery.

Nice little getaway during the cold season. The hot tub was excellent and about 100 degrees so perfect even with the cold temperature. It was still possible to put together a meal with the propane grill and warm things up in the microwave or store them away in the fridge. The heat was excellent in the space. Seems like it would be a great place to stay in the summer as well!

This place meets the description well. It was clean and impressively well stocked to be as comfortable and easy as home. I had one reason to contact the host during my stay and they responded immediately. Very happy with my stay here.

Darla’s cottage was such a sweet spot for a weekend getaway. Super cozy, clean, and peaceful—exactly what we were looking for. It felt tucked away in the woods but still really easy to get to, and just a few minutes down the road from Rough Cut Brewing, which was a big plus. We loved being able to grab some beers, then come back and relax inside. Darla was a great host—friendly, but gave us plenty of space. Would totally stay again next time we’re in the area!

My family, dog and I had an incredible weekend visit! It was our first time to the area and we already want to come back. Consuelo was a fantastic host! Consuelo was so easy to get a hold of for questions and was so friendly. The place was very organized, quaint and gorgeous. Thank you for a fantastic time! :)

Marc's place was great. Had everything you could need and a super convenient location being not far off of 209. We will certainly check here for availability our next time we're in town.

The house is Aweosme right near the lake but there is nothing Else around. Great place but a little expensive for off season.

we love Walkers place and do come here twice a year. it's a beautiful home, it's so zen, so pretty, so clean, we just absolutely love it. it's a great fabulous house and spot to stay. ♥️

This lake house is everything you could ask for in a weekend get away. Brian is great with communication and makes sure you will have everything you need to make the most of your stay.

Barbara's lovely home is well-appointed with a nice back deck and yard. It would be ideal for a couples get-away, especially in the warmer months. And you couldn't ask for a better host! She even brought in a recliner to help an elderly guest be comfortable. We had no complaints other than the furnace is a bit loud, but we wouldn't want to do without it in November.

We are so happy to stay here! It is conveniently located to Northport, Huntington and the Vanderbilt Museum and Planetarium. Communications are timely and the cottage is immaculate. We feel so at home!
