Among the latter we count convenient ferry, bus and water taxi transport links to Valletta and beyond, exquisite restaurant and bar outlets just across the creek, plus the numerous local establishments at hand. The apartment is furnished with a tasteful emphasis on the original Maltese features now rapidly disappearing throughout the island's noisier and busier tourist areas. These features include traditional patterned tiles (to keep the weary traveler's feet cool in the heat), traditional Maltese balcony insightfully converted into a dining room with breath-taking views of the Grand harbour and the cities of Valletta and Vittoriosa (beautiful settings should finally be counted as the necessary condition for healthy eating and living!). The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double niche bed, a spacious and elegantly vintage-furnished living room (with a sofa-bed), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette (for those who are tired of eating out and want to experiment with local fresh produce at home) and a bathroom (needless to say, also with sea views!). The property is just around 10..15 min taxi from the airport.

This is a typical Maltese home around two hundred years old with a private entrance door and an internal yard. It's a ground floor maisonette with an area of 60square metres which has been recently refurbished to high standards. This maisonette is located in a pedestrian street and within two minutes walk you find yourself near the seafront and a bus stop. Also within a five minutes walk you find yourself near the Basilica of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and the Manuel Theatre.

A living area features a spacious gray sofa and a white television unit across from a wall-mounted TV. A wooden dining table is set for six, positioned near large, bright windows that allow natural light to fill the room. Decorative framed art is displayed on the white walls.

The property is located on the third floor and comprises a spacious kitchen/living/dining area, one double bedroom, a shower room and a large ‘Gallarija Maltija’ (Maltese balcony) on Merchants Street.

The place is dominated by the sea view onto the Marsa / Floriana / Valletta part of the grand harbor. It’s an exciting view with lots of ships coming in and out.
