No 90 is close to the beach, 2 minutes . The house next door has scaffolding as it is being renovated internally so there might be some disturbance however work should not start before 9am and not on a Sunday . Valletta the Capital of Malta is a very busy city with workers and tourists visiting so could be noisy with traffic

This is my home in Malta! A small apartment (which I intended to live in) on the bastions along Senglea. The place is dominated by the sea view onto the Marsa / Floriana / Valletta part of the grand harbor. It’s an exciting view with lots of ships coming in and out.
