Appartement de 2021 à la décoration soignée pour que chacun puisse y passer un agréable séjour. Situé à 100 m du château, du marché et des commerces, vous pourrez tout faire à pied ( places de parking gratuites dans la rue ). L'appartement est entièrement équipé pour que vous n'ayez plus qu'à poser vos valises ( draps, serviettes fournis )! Les literies sont neuves ( marque dunlopillo), l'équipement bébé (lit parapluie, chaise haute). Un abri fermé est mis à disposition pour ranger les vélos.

notre studio indépendant de 28m2 est situé dans notre grand jardin. il possède un lit 180x190 qui peut se séparer en deux lits 90x190. possibilité d'ajouter un lit bébé. Le studio est bien situé puisqu'il se trouve sur le trajet de la Loire à vélo bis, à 4km d'azay le rideau, 5km de villandry, 6km de langeais et à 20min du centre de tours. Nous vivons sur place et avons une fille de 8 ans. Egalement, nous avons une chienne, labrador très gentille mais pot de colle...
