The apartment is on the first floor of our single-family home. We live on the 1st and 2nd floors. From the dining room/kitchen, turn left into the bedroom and to the right is the bathroom with bathtub/shower. Lockable garage for bicycles is available. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity

The property is located in Koblenz Metternich. The city center is 4.5 km away. Bus stop directly on the street. Supermarkets (5 min), a bank (5 min), a pharmacy (20 sec), the Bundeswehr Central Hospital BWZK (7 min) and the University of Koblenz (2 min) are within walking distance. Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free of charge also in the side streets.

Very nice apartment with terrace

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
