A wonderfully decorated and fascinating space which made our trip all the more special. Very detailed information from the host who was able to accommodate us even when our arrival was delayed.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt im Appartement. Ich war mit meiner Tochter da und wir haben uns extrem sicher gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig. In direkter Nähe ist die U-Bahn, man kommt schnell zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Hosts waren unkompliziert, nett, immer erreichbar und schrieben schnell zurück. Wir können sie nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Nous avons conversé avec le service de conciergerie Simonetta et Silvia qui ont été très réactives et ponctuelles. Nous avons eu un Check in avancé en raison de notre vol, Le ménage était en cours et nous avons été rassurées. Pour 5 participants l L’appartement est parfait, une chambre, chacune avec une literie très confortable. Il manque un peu de lumière naturelle parce que c’est un rez-de-chaussée. Il y a deux serviettes par convives une paire de chaussons gracieusement offerte. Un dépôt de bagages est aussi à côté des appartements, bien pratique. Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. Carmela is a great host. Even with a late night inquiry, she came to welcome me in person, deliver the keys and explain everything! The private garage parking, exudes security, and the elevator to the apt made the move-in a breeze... Also The apt ws beautiful!!!!! Super Comfortable... I really appreciate her allowing me to enjoy her space.. Definitely returning the next time I am in town..

Posto delizioso, curato, essenziale, perfetto per chi desidera un soggiorno tranquillo e di relax con i propri amici a 4 zampe… La casa é recintata e dunque perfetta per lasciare i cani liberi , troverete un delizioso giardino ombreggiato da ulivi con lettini prendi sole e doccia esterna. Il patio con il tavolino esterno ci ha permesso di mangiare fuori e godere del posto. A due passi dalla casetta una stradina privata vi porterà alla spiaggia del lago, anch’essa tranquilla e perfetta per pace e relax…che dire per noi , oltre le aspettative rimarrete più che soddisfatti. This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.
