Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

Ca' Eden is an ancient house located in the charming castle of Montefabbri. It is located near the Church of San Gaudenzio and was used as the parish priest's home in the first half of the 1900s. Recently the building has been completely renovated but, through the furnishings and some details of the architecture, it retains that ancient charm typical of the country house. Via a winding road up the hill you reach our paradise, bordering the Cesane nature reserve. We, the owners, live next to the apartment. Work is still underway on two B&B rooms, the work will be completed by March at the latest. Relax in the Jacuzzi, dream away at night under the beautiful starry sky!
