Vacation rentals with a patio in Valledoria

Ludovica's apartment is great, no complaints, everything is perfect, cleanliness, location. Ludovica communicates with her hosts, making sure everything goes smoothly. The apartment is modern, very well-equipped. We spent 9 days with 2 teenagers. If we return to Sardinia, we will definitely return to Ludivica's.

Quiet location, great accommodation with amazing views. Antonello is a nice and helpful host, gave us great tips on what, for the restaurants nearby. We would be happy to recommend this apartment, we spent unforgettable days there. Everything great!

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

Stunning authentic place right in the centre of the old town, it was exactly as described yet the photos hardly did it justice, stepping in from the street was just like going back in time to very traditional living quarters up a steep flight of stairs, with all original furnishings - but with mod cons tastefully hidden, absolutely beautiful. An even steeper wooden staircase led to the very tasteful traditional bedroom and the terrace with the most incredible views of the sea - we could hardly believe it even though we knew what to expect! It honestly was one of the most stunning places we've ever stayed in. Lovely tasteful bedlinen, quirky bath/shower, spacious fridge/freezer & hob and well equipped kitchen (with very thoughtful welcome treats of wine, and biscuits left by Beatrice) - who was a delightful, helpful host. Bonifacio was fascinating, lots of history, great restaurants, amazing coastal walks, wonderful day in Lavezzo Island, did'nt hire a car so walked everywhere.

The appartment is clean,everything what you need on holiday you have there. Serena is great a host, friendly, always ready to help. I'm very happy to be there on my holiday and I think I could back again. Ewa

Amazing place. Highly recommended!! The host is extremely helpful and accommodating. The location cannot be beat. It’s so close to great restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops and boutiques and having the parking spot was great. Close to everything you need but quiet. Some of the hotels further down the marina look like they would be very loud at night and it would be hard to sleep. The condo is modern and looks exactly like the photos. I would definitely stay there again.

The place was large and spacious, two very nice renovated bathrooms, two very large terraces each with a very well-kept garden and a third roof terrace with panoramic views. The kitchen had everything we needed including a modern 4-burner induction stove. The hot water worked perfectly everywhere and there was comfortable garden furniture in sufficient quantity. The mattresses in the bedroom were also comfortable. In the neighboring village of Santa Teresa, which is a few minutes' drive away, there is good and delicious gastronomy, which we also enjoyed several times. We liked the whole area very much and our landlord Matteo and his team are always easily accessible should you need them. We'd love to come back! Thanks, Matteo!

We spent a small week with family ( 2 adults 1 child and a baby) in the accommodation. Maria Laura's house is located in a peaceful location 8/10 minutes walk to the beach and 10/15 minute drive to Sorso town. Maria Laura is very nice and welcomed us very well upon arrival on the island. communication is extremely quick and efficient via message (thank you again for the tips and good spots). The accommodation is well equipped with a very cool view of the sea in the background. We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! We felt very comfortable. It really had everything you needed! Great amenities, nice patio, super pool! Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, so you don't rely on the car. The hostess is always available and super friendly!

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

Tommaso was very welcoming, helpful and available. He answered all our requests very quickly and fully.

We can only recommend going to Charlotte's place. The apartment is in a very good location, 5 minutes from the port and the departure of the excursions. 15min from the upper town. Quiet apartment, very clean. Charlotte is very concerned that you feel good there. We greatly appreciated having private parking and a supermarket 2min walk away.

Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!

We had a wonderful time in Giulia's apartment. Dreamy beaches are nearby, each just a short car ride away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the view from the terrace is beautiful! Giulia was always available and very accommodating!
