This loft has all of the amenities travelers need for a relaxing stay. With a bathroom, shower, washer, AC, TV, microwave and cooking utensils, the loft is fully-equipped and convenient for guests who stay. The bed on the upper level is large and cozy for two people and the sofa-bed downstairs also sleeps 2 more people comfortably if you’re traveling in a group of 4 people. The flat has a well-kept and functional bathroom with a shower for guests. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can hangout on the terrace, enjoying the peacefulness and talk about all the adventures of the day. You have everything you need here to have a fun and unforgettable trip. For big groups, there are other two apartments in the building that could be rented depending on availability. The entire house is accessible to our guests during their visit—all we ask is that you take care of it, please! You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a fantastic living area with a french door that opens into a small balcony looking onto Calle de Huertas. There is a dining room area with a round table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is a semi-studio style - separated from the living area by a permanent wall - which you can see well in the pictures. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
