Good place to stay with a nice service staff that makes a great vacation. Location was useful to move around the town. It’s important to detail arrival directions for an easier check in.

Our stay was pleasant! It's a very nice house, impeccable cleanliness! We were very comfortable. The pool was at an excellent temperature thanks to the boiler and was always ready for when we got in. Upon arrival they welcomed us very well and helped us with things. The lady who cooks is spectacular! Very nice, very helpful, she cooks very delicious food and is a very good person. The only thing to consider is the location, it is very deep in the forest and is a little far from the center of Avandaro, to get there is a bit confusing. But overall a very nice stay

100% recommended, Elsa was very friendly from the beginning to the end, solved all our doubts very quickly and explained how to get there in a very easy way. The place is better than the photos, it has an amazing view and the pool has heating then it is perfect even if it is cool. Mrs. Eva and Mr. Juan are super helpful and helped us with everything. We would love to make a return and recommend it 100%.

Loved our time so much the first time that we came back!

María Cristina was very helpful, always available. The pool is great, kids do need adult supervision though because it’s deep. The tree house was so much fun for the little ones and they have a turtle in the fountain that was also a big hit! Esteban is super helpful and Irene’s cooking was quite tasteful, my only comment would be, if you are an early bird like we are, don’t wait for Irene for breakfast, she comes around at 10:00 am, but with a happy face ;). Overall we had a great time!

The accommodation was amazing, everything! Thank you for the impeccable cleanliness, we relied on the cleaning and cooking service and it was the best decision. We loved spending the weekend at this house and we would definitely love to return in the future. Thanks for everything!

We had an amazing time staying in this incredible home! The host and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Alvaro was very responsive and helpful in getting our trip organized. The food prepared by Male and staff was delicious and helped to make our experience unique and relaxing. Our group of 9 loved the hot tub, view, the many birds that we could watch and listen to, the comfortable beds and pillows, and the many places in the home to sit and relax (especially the deck and outdoor nook). We enjoyed exploring the area and felt very safe and able to come and go from our oasis as we pleased. Staying in this lovely home with the wonderful host and staff helped to make our vacation extra special and we are so grateful to have found this gem! Thank you!!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The host offered me cleaning and cooking service for an additional cost, and I have to say it was well worth it. The staff is very friendly and strives to make your stay pleasant.

I really liked that everything was better than in the photos, very spacious, and the pool was at the perfect temperature, but what's most valuable about this house are its hosts, Maria and her husband, who are very attentive and kind, so we had a great time. We hope to return soon

Everything was perfect. A very quiet place and 10 minutes from downtown Avandaro. The house is exactly as shown. A very nice, minimalist and modern house! Ayesha was always attentive and so were Diego and Edith (who are available at the property for whatever you need). All his recommendations were very good, including the one for a person we skied with on the lake. 100% recommended!!!

Samantha's house is very nice, well kept and clean. The photos don't do it justice at all. Mrs. Soledad, who helped with the cleaning, was very attentive. While there were some drawbacks, we were able to resolve them without any issues. We will definitely return to your accommodation.

This is a charming and very nice place. Honestly, we went for work and we couldn't make the most of it, but that doesn't take away from the beauty, the good care and the clear and respectful communication. “La Cabaña” is definitely the place to forget about the city and breathe fresh air, as you are surrounded by vegetation and with a view and landscapes where you can relax and at the same time, feel at home. Its facilities were very clean and everything was well organized. Even more than what you see in the pictures. A fairly cozy place and although it is private and you are not in the center of Valle de Bravo, you have supermarkets, restaurants, a small supermarket mall nearby and if you want to go to town, it does not take more than 10 minutes by car. As for the human quality, 10/10, because the hospitality and kindness on the part of Victorino and his family definitely made our weekend a very pleasant experience and that undoubtedly motivates us to return. My husband, my 2 dogs and I, we forgot about the chaos of the city and enjoyed the stay here 100%… We 🙂 really felt very comfortable. Thanks Victorino and Paty! The cabin is beautiful, the view is amazing, the garden is splendid. Francisco Xavier was in contact at all times.

The house is very nice, just as shown in the photos. Comfortable beds for a good rest and the kitchen with everything you need. Wi-Fi is available, which helps you stay connected. I liked the location since you can walk to the center in 10 minutes, where you can find places to eat or drink coffee while enjoying the tranquility that Valle offers. We were greeted by Fenix, who is a very nice and friendly girl. We had a problem with a power outage in one room and she immediately resolved the situation. She was always attentive to messages and supported us at all times. I would definitely stay at the house again, I highly recommend it.
