The apartment is 34 sqm and has a newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with room for 4 people at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed as well as comfortable sofa-bed for 2 sleeping. You park a car, truck or car with a trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car to arrange!

In an extension (construction year 2015) in my villa in central Lund, I rent out a light and beautiful 2nd ground floor with separate entrance and patio door facing a lovely garden. On the yard there are horses, cats, chickens and a small sociable dog. Beyond the natural pastures are the wild animals. However, no bears or wolves :-) The luxury is in the environment. The small house is equipped for self-catering, but we provide breakfast basket and other supplies on request. Feel free to notify requests early.

But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Stay in the countryside, 15 min to central Malmö

Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
