The apartment is located in the center of Pälkäne. The housing association is peaceful and quiet. There is an absolute ban on parties/events in the apartment! Guests are required to have a "Good Experience", i.e. previous stays at other properties have been without bad reviews. The apartment's glazed balcony overlooks Mallasvesi. The terrain of Pälkäne Harju is a stone's throw away, where you can find a disc golf course and fitness stairs. Sappee Bike Park is about 22 km away and the "house" beach is close to the apartment.

A detached house and a yard sauna close to the center. In the yard, there is a trampoline, toys, and a playhouse, among other things. A peaceful location, with the opportunity to take a dip in the water nearby along the trail. A playground and a sand field are just around the corner. The distance to the center is about 1 km. By separate arrangement, there is the possibility of a farm visit at Koivistonpiha, less than a 10-minute drive away. Private petting sessions with the animals can also be booked for an additional fee.

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. The place is also accessible by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The sauna (which is also available for an additional fee of €25) is available during the summer (5.1-9.30).

The cottage is located on a beautiful, rocky lakeside plot, in the courtyard of the main building, which is in use all year round. Access to the beach is via stairs or, alternatively, a more gentle path. The cottage rental includes linen, towels and tablecloths. The nearest shop and pharmacy can be found in Kylmäkoski, just 4.5 km away.
