Very nice new apartment in the heart of Benfeld. Ideally located between Strasbourg (25 minutes) and Colmar (35 minutes). Close to the highway, its central location will allow you to discover the castles of Alsace, and various tourist sites as well as Europapark, the best leisure center in the world is only 30 minutes away. Only apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure and quiet residence (with elevator), with parking, it includes all amenities.

The Swallow's Nest

This charming 20 m2 studio, renovated in 2022, is located in the village of Gertwiller, a few meters from the gingerbread museums (Fortwenger and LIPS), as well as the vineyards. The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Alsatian house, with low ceilings, formerly housing an old forge. It is fully equipped and welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. There is free street parking (no parking space reserved for the studio in the residence)

Ideally located, in the heart of Alsace, it is 25 minutes from Strasbourg, 30 minutes from Colmar. You will be able to discover the charms and activities of the region, its castles, its wine route, its Christmas markets... Europa Park and Rulantica are 35 minutes away. (15 minutes by Rhinau-Kappel ferry)
