What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

Had a great stay at Caroline's. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. LeClerc hypermarket is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There's a boulangerie and a patisserie nearby There is a street 2 minutes away that is filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, green grocers, butchers, and a Carrefour. This street also becomes a Morning market on Sundays. The bus stop (Chanzy) is also just a two minute walk away. It's not a difficult commute to Paris downtown coming from Caroline's place. The kitchen is very adequate and is stocked with condiments like spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, and cooking oil. I was able to prepare a few dinners in that kitchen

I had a fantastic stay! The place was super cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful,. The area is beautiful and peaceful, with everything you need nearby. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Paulo is welcoming and warm. we were very well hosted. impeccable studio and filled with small touches. everything you need is present in the accommodation. we'll be back on our next trip to Paris.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was exactly as described very clean and felt comfortable for 4 people. Area was very safe and super close to the metro that takes you into central. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks for the lovely stay!!

We stayed 4 nights, was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We did 2 days at Disney land and took us 10 minute drive by car which was very convenient. We had a free car space in the underground car park next to the location knowing are car was secure. Thomas was very fast at responding, initially struggled to find the location on Apple Maps however Thomas responded straight away and sent pictures and clear instructions to get in and made sure we got there okay. Space was nice and clean and comfy beds and good size travel cot for my toddler. We enjoyed our nice summer evenings on the terrace before we went to bed after a busy day. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we came to Disney land in the future 😊

I only stayed for a weekend, mainly used the accommodation for sleeping (I was mostly outside), but the accommodation was in great condition, easy to access, clear instructions, very friendly host. Recommended!

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Awesome place, quiet and residential with free parking spots available in the street and the station is 10 minutes walk or less, pretty easy to go to Paris center. The house is also really nice, felt being on an authentic french house. The host were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel at home, loved!

Pleasant accommodation in a very peaceful area and close to the bus and tram. Access to the garden and free street parking are really appreciated. The kitchen has everything you need. We recommend it.

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Very functional accommodation for a couple with children. Quiet, clean and very well maintained!

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !
