Self contained part of charming thatched cottage in this attractive South Oxfordshire village, between Didcot (2.5 miles) and Wallingford (3.5 miles). The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

Rose Cottage

Rose cottage is in a stunning location in the countryside surrounded by fields just below the ridgeway and 1 mile outside the historic market town of Wantage. It is the perfect starting point for walking, running and biking along the beautiful ridgeway. You will need your own car as there is no public transport nearby but there is plenty of parking outside the house and we can recommend good local taxi companies if necessary.
