We rent out our cozy cottage with a plot of about 3000 sqm with a secluded location. 300 meters from the plot, by Lake Tjen is a private jetty with a rowboat. Start the day with a coffee and a morning swim at your own jetty by the stately oaks and untouched nature. With nature reserves outside the property and in summer, our sheep and cows graze in the pasture next door. The charming cottage has three rooms and a kitchen with a wood stove and tiled stove with toilet and shower. Rented per week (change Mondays) in summer. Otherwise, at least two days in a row.

Here you live in a part of an old mission house on a dead end street with nature directly next door. The apartment has 3 rooms and a kitchen of about 75 sqm and is located on the second floor with its own balcony overlooking the forest. Modernly decorated with all the amenities for four people. Large plot with lawns on the ground floor is available. Walking distance to grocery store and paddle court. Yxningens swimming area is about 2.5 km from the accommodation. Close to Valdemarsvik and Gryt's archipelago and a good starting point for activities.

Small charming cottage in Gryt

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located accommodation. The cottage is located on a plot on the outskirts of Gryt's community. The cottage is located next to a villa with permanent residents but is still well protected from view. It is close to various leisure activities, golf, child-friendly swimming, sea swimming, nice hiking trails and walking paths. It is four kilometers to the Fyrudden junction in Gryt's archipelago where there is a restaurant, ice cream bar and good opportunities for various excursions in the archipelago

The house has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 6 fixed beds, 2 sofa beds & 3 extra beds to pull out. Patios on the jetty and outside the house as well as a barbecue. Full kitchen equipment (fridge, stove, small oven, coffee maker, etc.). No running water (Water jugs are available and refilled at nearby residence). Dry toilet that is managed by the tenant him/herself. NOTE: Round trips are booked yourself via Östgötatrafiken (costs SEK 45/pp) Line: 776 Bridge: 7 (from Fyrudden) Cleaning is done by the tenant him/herself.

Lakeside cottage in cozy village with walking distance to country shop. with ICA To Go, pharmacy representative and Systembolaget representative as well as Qstar. Access to rowboat, fishing waters and cozy walking paths. Municipal swimming area and multi-arena, distance 600 meters. The nearest town is Valdemarsvik, 1.5 miles. There is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a small TV room with a sofa bed for two. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer and stove with oven. Toilet indoors and outdoor shower with hot water.

Secluded cottage by a small lake

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A small cottage located by a lake with access to its own jetty, wood-fired sauna, boat and free fishing. There is access to, among other things, a refrigerator, TC (dry toilet), fresh water in a jug and charging via a USB port and solar cells (see picture). The cabin is heated with wood. Sanitary facilities are 4 km away with access to shower and toilet. There is a forest road to the cabin. The guest cleans themselves and brings their own sheets and firewood.

Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna, about 1 hour by car to Astrid Lindgren's World and 1.5 hours to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a smaller crawl space with a single bed are on the upper floor along with a toilet. Downstairs, there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for families with children or larger groups!

Surrounded by nature, yet still in the neighborhood with 5min to the bus stop and walking distance to the grocery store. Enjoy swimming or kayaking in the lake Yxningen(only 4min drive from the property) or visit the stunning Archipelago or the picturesque town of Söderköping. Keep our house clean and we won't charge you a fee for cleaning. We love dogs, bring them all for free but keep our home clean please!

Nu är hösten här – passa på att koppla av i lugnet och naturen i Gryts skärgård! På Kallkärrsvägen bor du i en mysig, fullt utrustad liten stuga om 32 m2 med skogen inpå knuten och havet runt hörnet (ca 400 m). Vakna i er egen takt&njut av en lång frukost. Bläddra i broschyrerna i stugan och känn efter vad ni har lust med. Vill ni njuta lite extra bokar ni spabadet (200 kr/pers och vistelse inkl. lån av badrock). Handdukar och lakan 100 kr/gäst om så önskas. Varmt välkomna!
