With us, the time is quite easy to pass and enjoy, the lake and nature close to the location provide good conditions for recovery. In spring and summer there is a lot of play, sun and swimming facilities. Lovely barbecue evenings on our sunny terrace. Autumn there are berries/mushroom blocks close at hand, forest walks, cozy hot tubs, etc. Winter equally, sledding hill close at hand, hot tub in winter dressed nature, or a cozy moment in front of our fireplace. The place is suitable for all different groups.

If you want to go to the water, there is both a sandy beach and cliffs within a 6 km radius. Our place is about 1.6 Swedish miles from Valdemarsvik city center. The easiest way to get here and in the local area is by car.

A beautiful, spacious, modernly furnished house with a large playground in wonderful surroundings. Ideal for families. Wonderful sun terrace with great breakfast place. After a very warm welcome with many tips for things to do, we, a family of five, could enjoy our time very much. Swimming spot, good fishing spots, climbing rocks for children in the immediate vicinity. Kayak rental, castle ruins, nice cafes, beautiful hiking trails in spectacular nature and other swimming spots are within easy reach by car. A real top address for a Sweden vacation and for us a good reason to come back.

We had a great stay in the very cozy cabin. The view from the terrace was great. The whole area is fantastically beautiful and very quiet, Pfaue and the very friendly farm dogs came to visit. Almost every night we were on the lake by boat. Great swimming spot and barbecue area right on the jetty. Highly recommended. Feel free to come back.

An absolutely unparalleled place in the middle of the forest near the water! A place of quiet. We spent 5 days in the well-planned cabin with our 3 children at the end of October and were completely immersed in the tranquility of the place and proximity to nature. We picked mushrooms (there was a lot) and experienced the wild surroundings with encounters with moose, deer, fallow deer, wild boar and bird life. The cottage was sparse and simply decorated but still had most of what we needed. Spices, towels, linens, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, kitchen cloths, and similar consumables, you need to bring your own. The beds are simple (sofa beds and bunk beds wood) and quite hard yet fresh and cozy. All in all, we had a fantastic time in this little house and hope to return when it's a little warmer for swimming at the jetty!

We stayed with 9 people and 2 dogs on this beautiful island and had a great week with peace, nature, cooking, grilling, swimming, swimming and boat trips. The location is unbeatable. The houses and kitchens are simple but cozy and equipped with everything you need. We did a kayaking tour and were collecting berries and mushrooms. If you want to relax and be right in nature, you can't do better. Ellen and her family were super nice, flexible as hosts and quickly reachable in case of questions and problems. We highly recommend the small island especially for families and small groups.

Overall a great stay! Loving hosts, very attentive, courteous and always ready to talk. Tips for excursions, sampling your own harvest and taking care of the well-being of the guest. The cottage is sugar sweet and recommended at any time. The location invites you to hike and the proximity of the sea for swimming and paddling! I would come back anytime!!! Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a super week at Johan's cabin. An absolutely incredible location with lots of stuff to see and do. Nice beaches, merchant gardens, fish smoke, st Anna's Archipelago. We also took a day trip to Söderköping which was also so nice. The house is so cozy and nice and it was fantastic to sit outside under the apple trees. Johan is so nice and quick to answer questions. We would love to come back!
