Cottage built in 2013, 41 sqm with sea glimpse, fully equipped with full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. The cottage is located next to other houses but with access to two individual patios with garden furniture and grill. Outside the cabin there is a hot tub/hot tub for booking. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Perfect for families with children or couples who wish a relaxing beautiful environment to stay in. It is possible to swim in the sea from the jetty/ladder, 100 m from the cottage. Rock bath and sandy beach are located in the near area (car).

Beach house - private sand beach and magical views

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and are clean the dream of sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddling to Stendörren Nature Reserve. The view from both the bedroom and living room makes this place enchanting and our guests blown away. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on the summer vacation.

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. List of the equipment on our web site savogard. You clean the cottage yourself before departure.

This was our second time staying at Jacqueline’s place in just 8 months—and it won’t be the last. Tucked away in the middle of the bucolic Swedish forest near Nyköping, it’s honestly the kind of spot you daydream about when you need to escape the city. Cozy, welcoming, and full of warmth, the place gives off that rare “you’re exactly where you’re meant to be” vibe from the moment you arrive. Waking up here is something else. Barely any traffic, just the sounds of nature and the soft light filtering through the trees. Wildlife casually passing by, and the colours of the forest and the grass—it’s peaceful in a way that’s hard to put into words. Jacqueline is a great host, and everything is always clean and ready, just like last time. We’ll definitely be back again.

Cozy and quiet place, where you can disconnect. The hosts were very nice and made sure that everything was right. We were able to enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi, as well as the barbecue area and nature! I'd go back!

We had a very nice, two-week stay in Trosa. The place was as described, well equipped and has a very good location. Natascha is a very friendly and accommodating hostess.

The interior of a wooden sauna features two benches arranged along the walls, with a stove at the center. Large windows offer a view of the serene lake and surrounding trees, allowing natural light to illuminate the space.
