I den vackra Sörmländska landsbygden på väg 223 mellan Nyköping och Björnlunda finns lilla stugan på gården Uvsta Östergården. Stugan finns på en gammal liten lantgård där vi idag driver ett café. Där har vi loppis och butik med inredning för hem och trädgård. Cafét serverar lättare luncher och har goa bakverk. Frukost finns att köpa i cafét. Mysig trädgård som man ser ut över åkrarna. Bagarstuga är en äldre charmig stuga på 35 kvm från 1800 talet med vacker utsikt över fälten. Lågt i tak!

Vårt strandhus ger er möjlighet att bo och njuta i ett minst sagt unikt läge. Tomten och stranden har ni för er själva och är rena drömmen för sol, bad och grill. Botten är väldigt långgrund vilket passar både barn och hundar. Stranden är också uppskattad av kanotister vilka sedan har en kort paddling till Stendörrens naturreservat. Utsikten från såväl sovrum som vardagsrum gör denna plats förtrollande och våra gäster hänförda. Koppla av över en helg eller sätt guldkant på sommarsemestern.

Härligt stort hus nära havet

Perfekta huset för det större sällskapet som vill ha nära till hav och kunna njuta av tid ihop i stor trädgård och fin uteplats med sol från morgon till kväll. Tomten till huset är i anslutning till en småbåtshamn där en fin båtramp för att kunna sjösätta egen båt finns. Klipp och strandbad nära. Oxelösund är en fantastisk skärgårds stad med många guldkorn att besöka. Bra kommunikationer med motorväg enda till Oxelösund. 10 min med bil till Nyköping och endast 1 timme till Stockholm.
