Nous proposons le 1er étage de notre chalet familial, rénové à 100 % en 2024, après 2 années de très gros travaux d'isolation et d'embellissement pour un confort maximum. Un environnement exceptionnel, à 1900 m d'altitude, à 700 m de Brunissard, au bout d'un chemin forestier carrossable. L'hiver, l'accès est le plus souvent impossible en voiture, mais le chemin se fait facilement à pieds, même pour des enfants : prévoir plutôt des sacs à dos. (option moto-neige pour bagages) 5 G disponible !

Direct access to the Prorel de Briançon Serre-Chevalier ski slope. Free parking in front of the accommodation. In the quiet hamlet of Queyrelles (village of Puy St Pierre). Perfect for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, bike, mountain bike and hiking trips are close to the accommodation. Studio 2 min by car from the center of Briançon. Very nice cozy accommodation. Small balcony ideal for having breakfast in the sun. Housing not suitable for people with reduced mobility on the 1st floor.

Magnifique appartement neuf de 85 m2, exposé plein sud. 3 chambres 6/8 couchage. idéalement situé en plein centre ville proche de toute commodité ( leclerc, magasin bio, boulangerie, divers restaurants et bars ). Il est aussi a 5 min à pied de la station de Serre Chevalier. Situé dans une copropriété en retrait de la route et donc au calme. Ideal pour passer des vacances au ski en famille ou entre amis. Une chambre a 2 lits simples qui est possible de fusionner en un lit double :)
