tolles altes Haus, liebevoll renoviert, stilvoll eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen Details, sehr schöner natürlicher Garten, ruhig und gemütlich. Die Gastgeber Edwige und Laurent waren sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert und hatten viele tolle Tipps für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Danke auch für das nette Willkommensgeschenk: frisches Baguette, leckerer Käse und Bier aus der Region… zum Genießen vor dem Kaminfeuer-ebenfalls vorbereitet von den netten Gastgebern - sehr zu empfehlen!!

Excellent séjour dans la maison de Anne et Nicolas, environnement exceptionnel pour les enfants, centre équestre et ferme pédagogique au pied de la maison. Anne et Nicolas sont des hôtes très charmants et très accueillants, communication fluide. La maison est agréable à vivre, pièce de vie très lumineuse et spacieuse Nous avons passé un formidable séjour à la campagne. Merci

Le logement de veronique est tres propre bien equipe conforme au descriptif. La literie est confortable. La maison est decoree avec gout, situee dans un endroit tres calme.Veronique est tres reactive. Je recommande ce logement sans hesitation!!

We’ve stayed in Matthieu’s place for almost a month. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. For the two of us and a dog it was a perfect size. Even bigger than it looks on photos. The place was clean and the sheets and towels can be changed regularly for clean ones. There is also shared washing machine in the building. It is possible to work remotely as the internet was quite fast. The large garden has lots of seating and even grill. The area was very nice, you can go kayaking on the nearby river or just walk or use rail bicycle on the old railway just behind the house. There is a airbnb for the groups in the neighbouring building but we didn’t find it disruptive and couldn’t really hear any noise inside. In general we were quite happy and can recommend.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

We can really recommend it. My colleagues were accommodated here and in different Anna-Sophie's house. Both accommodation were clean, modern, peaceful and spacious. Anna-Sophie alwasy helped us with everything what we needed.
