Well designed for a stop in Orleans. Good location for visiting the city on foot. Quiet place. The accommodation is clean as well as linens. The beds (bed and convertible) are perfect. However, a little effort on the finishes, especially in the bathroom, would be desirable. We had a nice and short stay that we will renew if needed in the area. We enjoyed the great coffee available.
