Maxim is a kind, helpful and communicative host. You’ll find all you need in the apartment, which is clean and nice. There is a fireplace for winter months and barbecue outside. The view is splendid, you are on the doorstep of the mountain. Our dog enjoyed it fully. Would recommend to respect the place and leave it as you found it. We’ll definitely come back!

We had a great stay in this apartment. Olga was extremely responsive and friendly, and the apartment matched the description and images given. Only a short walk into town and to the gondola which was perfect for us, as while being close to amenities , it was quiet and out of the bustle. Really well equipped with towels, bedding and kitchen equipment, however we felt that more bowls and knives would be needed, as we had to share one for our noodles 😂😂. Overall a great experience, and we would definitely stay again x

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was incredibly spacious, with enough large and comfortable bedrooms to accommodate our group perfectly. The entire house was well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay- from toiletries to a welcome basket with food. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, making us feel at home right away. A highlight was definitely the outdoor hot pool – even in December, we were able to enjoy it under all weather conditions, which was such a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed space to unwind with friends or family. We’ll definitely be back!

We arrived earlier than agreed, but Andrei noticed us and immediately offered to check in so we didn't wait. This was the first sign that hospitality is really up to par here. We traveled 300 kilometers, rushed, and in all the hustle and bustle I had forgotten the coals for the barbecue. I shared this with Andrei, and he, without thinking, immediately offered to give us charcoal or wood – totally free of charge. Thanks to him, we were able to have a so desirable barbecue without wasting time looking for shops. We also asked him for recommendations regarding sights in the area. Share useful information about Snezhanka Cave, one of themostbeautiful places one can visit as well as thenearest and accessible shops. The house was extremely well heated. The outside temperature was -9°C, but we enjoyed the comfortable 24°C inside. Andrei assured us that if we needed anything he was close by and only a message would come through – and it really was.
