Xavier's appartment is exactly in the center of town, right where you want to be. We were walking distance from great restaurants, the musée des beaux arts, etc. We loved our stay and all the nice furniture and decorative touches in his place.

Location, size, and amenities are excellent!! This is a cozy Airbnb in a perfect location. It’s in a historic building but inside it has been updated to include all modern amenities. My daughter and I felts very comfortable and safe. The bed is super comfortable and bathroom is a nice size. The host was very proactive in their communication of how to enter and recommendations of things to do and eat in the area. The three flights of stairs are very doable unless you have a disability, or you brought heavy luggage. You will be walking and going up and down flights regardless within the area of Lyon.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment located just 500m from a metro station. The accommodation is fully equipped and our host responded very quickly to any questions we had. Small downside regarding the reception and drop-off of keys which is done in a relay point a good 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. In addition, the accommodation is really very personalized, which is not always ideal for feeling at ease. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay in Lyon.

This place was super home-y (comfortable, that is) and in a GREAT location. Right in the heart of Lyon's Old Town. The apartment view is of the Basilica AND the Cathedral, both of which are beautiful. There's plenty of space, comfy seating, and a full kitchen. Like a lot of French apartments, it also has full blackout curtains which is handy. The building is well-maintained and quiet. Alain was great to work with; we had a few questions about the place and he replied instantaneously. We would be happy to stay there again! We highly recommend this place for families, as our 9yo loved it.

The different balconies are nice to use and the building is quiet. i had the bad idea to forget my coat in the place and they take care of sending me back within the week.
