Sætra is a nice starting point for mountain hikes with both fishing and hunting opportunities, or just relax and enjoy beautiful nature and wildlife outside the door. NOTE! Here there is no water, electricity OR MOBILE COVERAGE, so enjoying life in peace and quiet is not difficult! There are facilities that make it possible to stay here - such as an outhouse, a herring stream with the cleanest mountain water, cooking and frying facilities, and a large wood stove in the living room for warmth and coziness! NOTE! - sleeping bag must be brought!

Here you get a unique, Norwegian cabin experience with lit candles, a lighthouse in the fireplace and the nature close by. Two living rooms with fireplace, bedroom, bathroom (no shower and no water), spacious loft and kitchen with long table. The cabin is an original prayer house with high ceilings in the main living room, and recently furnished loft with many mattresses for beds with a window down to the living room and out towards Lomseggen. New cabin with high standard in quiet surroundings. Located at the end of a cabin field with no through traffic, it's just as good for families as it is for the group of friends. There is a car road all the way to the cabin all year round, and good parking. This is a perfect starting point for hiking in Jotunheimen and the surrounding mountain areas. In winter there is a cross country trail right behind the cabin and you can go on an alpine ski right outside the cabin door and run to the ski resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

Jotunheimen - 15 minutes from Gjende and Besseggen.

Architect designed cabin in Sjodalen Fjellgrend at the entrance to Jotunheimen national park. The area is an excellent starting point for day trips to Besseggen, Glittertind, Besshø or Rasletind, among others. There are great hiking areas all year round, whether you like prepared ski tracks or the snow mountain in winter and mountain shoes or bike in the summer. There is an eldorado for fishing and hunting in the autumn and many mountain hikes are clear outside the cabin door on mountain skis or randone in the spring.

This cozy cabin is located at the small farm Reiremo which is at the entrance to Heimfjellet. It is 6 km to Lalm from here, and 6 km down to Heidal. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful nature with hiking opportunities to all sides. There is also an extensive trail network with driven ski slopes not far from the cabin. The area also has hunting and fishing opportunities. The cabin has six beds, a room with a family bunk and a single bed and a room with a double bed, and otherwise what you need to enjoy a stay with us.
