Studio at a beautiful location with flair and char

My accommodation is close to public transport (3min to the bus) and ski/hiking area. The accommodation is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac at around 900 meters above sea level. You will love my accommodation for the tranquility and the environment. In the village center (5min walk) there is also the Walsermuseum and post office, bakery, butcher, ATM, restaurants and a discounter. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and furry friends (smaller pets)

A private entrance is available to our guests. Just a few minutes by car or a short bus ride separate you from the capital Vaduz and the local recreation areas of Steg & Malbun, which in summer attract visitors with wonderful hiking trails and views of the surrounding neighboring countries or in winter with skiing fun.

The modern apartment on the upper floor of the apartment building is only suitable for fit adults. (Stairs) The apartment offers a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms as well as a balcony with seating. The apartment is heated by an air heat pump. Parking spaces are available and free of charge. Climbing stairs is required. Check-in via key box is possible. Travel time by car to Malbun /Vaduz about 12 min. To Chur/Feldkirch 35 min. To Zurich/St. Gallen about 60 min.

Elegant design and a warm atmosphere across a stylish 43 m². Complimentary coffee & tea, a fridge with snack bar, an outdoor lounge, and the Liechtenstein guest card for free public transport and discounts. Slightly elevated, just a 7-minute walk above the center with restaurants, bars, and excellent bus connections. A dog lives on the two floors above and might occasionally bark, which could be heard in the studio. She sometimes doesn't bark the entire day, but it can happen.

This unique place has a style all its own. It is new, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large balcony. Well located for skiing, some ski resorts can be reached in a short time. The bedroom has a box spring bed 180/200 cm for 2 people. For another 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it would also be possible to book the loft with 4 people.
