The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Lake Chiemsee can be reached in 5 minutes by car and the mountains are 15 minutes away. Great bike tours can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walks right outside the front door. Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

With free and fast Wi-Fi (200Mbit/s), underfloor heating, digital HD TV and modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Please note that there is an additional tourist tax of €1.10 (adult) and €0.55 (children from 6 years) per night.

Almbrünnerl Alpine Chalet on the Raffner Alm – Ruhpolding The cozy Alpine hut "Almbrünnerl" at 1000 m altitude, right on the edge of the forest in the middle of the Unternberg hiking area, offers everything for a relaxing stay on 30 m². It has a kitchen, a living and sleeping room with double bed (180 × 200), TV, Wi-Fi, a night storage heater and shower/toilet. Enjoy the covered terrace with corner bench and large table. The cabin is accessible by car by car.

Our apartment is a 3-minute walk from Traunsteiner train station, in a quiet location, 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed as well as single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all the necessary utensils... in case you need something and it is not there, just let me know

Quaint country cottage

Located in Siegsdorf, this cozy country house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house features a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed, and another very small room with a single bed and a small sofa that can be converted into a bed. This additional room is ideal for children, but not suitable for adults, and is only accessible through the bedroom.

Mountain chalet: hunter's apartment with fireplace

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.
