La posizione è ottima.

It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.

Charming suite house with veranda 80 meters from the sea, reserved for adults and children over 5 years, quiet but not far from gathering places. Immersed in the Mediterranean scrub 12 km from Olbia, facing the islands of Tavolara and Molara. In a few minutes' walk you can access the Costa Corallina with magnificent equipped and free beaches, bar and restaurant services, and then the village of Porto San Paolo. A 10-minute walk to the Caribbean beach of Porto Istana equipped with all services.

It has a large outdoor space, with a granite table for dining in the cool evening air, and a large private parking lot. The house consists of a kitchen, a large living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
