Waterfront vacation rentals in Uzbekistan

The apartment is way above the average Airbnb apartments in terms of its size and decorations. It is more of a beautiful home. The location is also very good in that it is just off the beautiful University boulevard and close to a bus stop that many bus routes pass through. Our host was very responsive, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay there and would choose it again if we ever visit Samarkand again.

The host was very helpful and flexible on getting things accomplished (registration complications for us were handled well!) the apartment complex was very relaxed, family oriented and typically quiet - there was an enormous amount of construction around the complex, so occasional loud noises. The neighbors are very friendly and there is a nice small market within the complex. There isn’t as much storage for long-term stays, although we made it work. It has south-facing bedroom and living room windows. Great for winter but toasty in late spring and summer. Good thing he had heavy, light-blocking curtains in bedroom! This area of the city had better air quality than the central areas. A new shopping complex within 15-20 min walk (Alfraganus) was nice. Same distance the opposite direction was a nice selection of restaurants, a small bazaar and stores.

Очень удобно и быстро заселились. В квартире просторно и уютно. Ощущение как дома. Родители остались в восторге. Хозяева дали подробную инструкцию и всегда на связи были. Комфортная и удобная мебель. На кухне можно приготовить все что душе угодно и вечером чиллить за просмотром фильма или смотреть в большое окно с видом на реку. Дискомфорта не было. Очень приятная и интеллигентная соседка снизу, с которой удалось познакомиться и поболтать. Тихо и умиротворенно. Рядом парк и стейк-хаус. Даже несмотря на нашу неосторожность/оплошность с посудой, вы пошли мне навстречу и удалось обсудить это. Прошу прощения ещё раз! И спасибо вам большое, теперь я знаю куда могу приютить родителей или друзей, когда они прилетят в Ташкент в гости. ❤️

Все очень классно. Удобная локация, красивый вид, недалеко от аэропорта, чистый и очень аккуратный дом, все необходимости есть, хозяин вежливый.

We were satisfyed with our stay at Oybeks apartment. As our family uses the kitchen, we were happy to find sugar, salt, pepper and sunflower oil so we didn't need to buy this. The apartment was clean and matches the photos. It is located in abot 45 minutes walk from the center, we used a taxi (15 minutes). Oybek was always in touch via messaging, offering any help. I can recommend this apartment for a stay with 5*

The best place in Tashkent. Apartment is great , new , everything works great, new building, owner helpful, highly recommended.
