Great host and met our expectations very well. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. It quite near Kulkodosh Madrasa where you can explore old Bukhara. I loved the paintings as well which represented Bukhara ❣️

We had a wonderful five-day stay surrounded by the lovely Farhod family. They always greeted us with smiles and often spoke to us in Japanese, saying things like “Good morning” and “Enjoy your day.” The accommodation is conveniently located just behind Registan Square, with restaurants and shops nearby. Although it rained for two days, we enjoyed spending time in our second-floor room overlooking the courtyard. The daily breakfasts were delicious and something we looked forward to each morning. We also used the kitchen a few times to cook rice—Uzbek rice is truly tasty. We would love to visit again. Thank you, Farhod.

Ruslan and his colleagues/staff were extremely responsive and helpful during my first visit to Khiva. They were in touch from the get-go and always ready if I had any special needs or requests -- especially at the end when I was nervous about what I needed to depart Uzbekistan and get to the airport in a different town. Very cozy room, the bed on its own is enough to make it very hard to leave, the air conditioning blows cold and the shower and toilet all work very well. The location can't be beat, you're in the middle of the old city inside the walls and can walk absolutely everywhere in minutes, including around the corner to the Terrassa for your morning coffee or lunch/dinner (I ate at various restaurants in town and it's the unquestionable #1 in Khiva. I didn't have a bad bite during any of my stops. I did have a WiFi issue that was being worked on while I was there, but it was only an issue because my normally trusty Uzbek SIM card with data was in some sort of dead zone in my room. Outside of that the signal was sort of hit-or-miss during my stay....BUT you can always walk 1 minute and use the cafe's signal. I doubt it's a long-term problem anyway. Will definitely be happy to recommend and come back, greatly enjoyed my stay!

I really liked the rooms, everyone has their own bathroom. Everything was clean, slippers, bathrobes and sets of towels were given out. The yard is very green, trees, lawn, flowers. There was a summer table and a swing. The host and all the staff were friendly, gave tips on orientation in the city, provided free powerbank. At check-in, we were treated to a delicious samosa. The neighborhood is close to the city, while being quiet and peaceful at the same time. I liked it so much that we extended our stay for another night. We recommend to everyone. 👍

Highly recommended. Very helpful host. Our room had great character in a historic building, but bathroom was very modern. Nice patio. Right on edge of old town.

A quiet place just 5 minutes from Registan, the hotel has a beautiful courtyard and interior in a traditional style! The room has everything you need, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and had a great time. If you're looking for a hotel with a Uzbek traditional style, I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed the accommodation. Very clean, beds. Very comfortable. , There was a problem several times in the evening but other than that the place is excellent
