Hello, the apartment is in a very good location, clean, well-equipped, very nice view of the mountain, 5 minutes' walk from the ski lifts and matches the photos in the listing. The owner is very nice and responsive, the concierge is great. Had a lovely stay. I would highly recommend it.

Great stay at Jean Pierre's! A host who is very responsive to any inquiries. Everything was spotless in the accommodation with a magnificent view of the mountain very appreciable. There's nothing missing. It feels like home. I would recommend this accommodation located very close to the resort in 3 minutes by shuttles right in front of the residence. Feel free to book!

Nice and impeccable accommodation does not lack anything dishes, linens, appliances... . Françoise is very nice and responds quickly. The instructions are clear, the listing as described. Everything went as planned, the response to the rental request was very quick (1/2 hour), the indications were clear, accurate and as described. The person who welcomed us was available despite the time (10:30 p.m.). In conclusion, small accommodation is very useful and well furnished.

Mehdi and Anne's apartment is very nice, functional and bright. We stayed there for a few days as a family with two young adults. Access is very convenient on foot or by car with parking materialized nearby. The welcome with the Conciergerie Marinette, went very well as the return of the premises. To be repeated.!!!!

Excellent stay. Very nice, very functional apartment. There is an umbrella bed but we couldn't get it up 🫣 Nikel apartment. Attention there are no more eggs and the green track in the village D 'allos so you have to go up to the seignus. A shuttle is available near the apartment a 5-minute walk away.

Excellent communication with Robert who was present when we arrived and who showed us the main things! Everything is as described! Very nice bedding… which is important! We spent 8 great days in the sun and met up with 3 friends! Thanks again to our hosts.

We had a great time in this apartment, with four children/teens and four adults. The accommodation is very functional (even if the dishwasher shows signs of fatigue) and is quite well placed in the resort. We'll definitely come back if we have a chance!

Just perfect! Hosts who care about me. A home with everything we need. And breathtaking views of the Ubaye valley. No complaints. A peaceful little cocoon perfect for a change of scenery ☺️

Apartment as described and in the photos. It is very close to shops (about 50 m) and the ski area (I would say 150 m) while being relatively very quiet. Ultra! ultra! clean from floor to ceiling as well as the bedding (earplugs, duvets seem new), this is the first time we have come across an apartment of such cleanliness. Jocelyne is very responsive, accommodating and very friendly. You can go there without a second thought. For our part, we'll be back for sure.

Very good stay. The apartment is great, 👍 very well located, we could go put on skis in front of the Verdon Express sled. The shuttle passes right in front of the residence. We are delighted with the apartment, the towels and sheets provided were really an appreciable +. Our host was very responsive to our inquiries. Thank you for everything, everything was great!

Wonderful relaxing stay in this cozy, fully equipped, sunny studio with terrace and parking space. The area is superb and Christiane is responsive, pleasant and very friendly. I would definitely stay again!!!

Listing as described! At the foot of the slopes, we were able to fully enjoy our days thanks to this superb apartment! Amazing views & very beautiful spaces inside, which is rare! The apartment is tastefully decorated and everything was very clean when we arrived, thank you for all that, we will come back without hesitation. Only small downside for "the whole residence", more reception and the pool only opens from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and is not hot at all:/

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is spotless, well located for skiing and tobogganing air for children, shuttles are nearby. It is spacious for 2 couples with 1 child aged 4 and 9 months.

clean accommodation as described properly equipped. just a small smell of smoke on arrival but we ventilated and left. the caretaker was available and flexible on arrival and departure times. accommodation 5min walk from the Centre de la Station. downside not related to the service or the accommodation but paid parking everywhere. I recommend the accommodation

Elodie is very proactive with her communication and ensures your easy check in takes place, including recommendations for local restaurants and shops. The location is as described and ohotuu on scare accurate. It’s next to the slopes, square and shops. Ideal for a family of up to four. I would definitely recommend this place.

Eric's place was great; beautiful surroundings and great access to the skiing. We were grateful for Eric's willingness to rent to us pretty last minute. Great communication, thank you! And the apartment was very clean and had everything needed. Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment's location was great—overlooking the piste and with direct access! It was easy to drop our son off for his ski lessons, as the lessons started right next to the apartment. You couldn't be closer! On sunny days, we really enjoyed eating lunch on the balcony—it was way better than having lunch in one of the restaurants below. Emmanuel was great, really proactive in communicating with us and welcoming us into their flat via Airbnb message. Check-in was handled by an agency, which gave us fairly flexible check-in and check-out options. However, we had to pay a deposit on top of our booking with Airbnb, which was a bit of a surprise. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are going to Les Orres!

We only spent one night in this place, but we had a great time. Beautiful view of the lake and tranquility. Equipped with everything you need for a short stay! Stephan was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much and see you soon
