In eastern Helsinki, in the middle of a typical Vuosaari neighborhood, a bright and beautifully decorated small home awaits, with a large glazed balcony facing the trees. Here you can experience authentic Finnish everyday life and enjoy your own peace, even though there are apartment buildings around, the balcony offers a lush view and the interior is very comfortable. The apartment does not have its own parking space for the car, but there has always been plenty of space for the car on the street in front of the apartment.

Cozy and bright apartment close to nature and the sea. The apartment is located near the center of Vuosaari, just 20 minutes by metro from the center of Helsinki. The Columbus Shopping Center and Vuotalo Cultural Center are located in the center of Vuosaari, just a few minutes' walk away. There's a convenience store across the street. The terrace houses were designed by architect Touko Neronen and were completed between 1969-1971. The Museum of Architecture presented the houses in an exhibition called Concrete Dreams.
