A charming log cabin about an hour from Helsinki, in a peaceful location by a lake, with evening sun. Basic kitchen, electric heating, and a fireplace. Domestic water from the lake; drinking water provided separately. Outdoor toilet. In the yard, there is a grill, a fire pit, and excellent opportunities for fishing and swimming. Separate tree sauna. Accommodation for multiple guests, including children. Dogs permitted. Bring your own linens. Shops ~10 km away. Steep lot. The use of the hot tub is agreed upon separately (€50/day).

The log house has fresh air, you get a good night's sleep. A respite from the hustle and bustle. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää, Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. Private cabin w/ sauna, patio, bikes, free parking

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

Guest house by the lake

A log cabin by the lake. Here you can enjoy nature, rowing, barbecue, sauna and swimming. The cottage is located on a peninsula, in the "yard" of the main building, about 40 meters from the main building. Great views of the lake and an organic environment. It's nice to take a short or longer break from everyday life. The cottage has two bedrooms (double bed and twin beds). In addition, an atmospheric kitchen, auxiliary kitchen, shower facilities and a wood-fired sauna.

Mökki maaseudulla (no public transport)

Tunnelmallinen mökki parvella. Pieni kahden hengen sauna sähkökiukaalla. Imalämpöpumppu ja takka. Älytelevisio jonka sovellukset toimivat vieraan omalla mobiilidatayhteydellä. Kaasugrilli ja ulkotulipaikka. Asumme naapurissa (talvimaisema-kuvassa pilkistää punainen talo), mutta mökillä on oma pihapiiri. Kilometrin päässä on pieni yleinen uimaranta. Tuothan omat lakanat ja pyyhkeet. Käsipyyhkeet saat kuitenkin talon puolesta.

In the heart of town

The apartment is located in a quiet location comfortably close to all city services. The nearest grocery store is only 100 meters away and the nearest pizzeria is 200 meters away. There are a dozen restaurants and cafes within a radius of 500 meters. It is a 15-minute walk to the railway station (1 km), and a 10-minute walk to the land-based swimming pool/swimming hall.
