Villa Korholan ainutlaatuisesta majoituksesta voit varata käyttöösi erillisen Saunala-rakennuksen, jossa 2 makuuhuonetta, wc, kylpyhuone ja sähkösauna. Varauksesi sisältää uima- ja porealtaan, pelikentän, kuntosalin ja rantasaunan käytön. Ruuanlaitto onnistuu hyvin varustellussa kesäkeittiössä ja grillitilassa. Terassialueet ovat käytössäsi. Tiloissamme majoittuu yksi seurue kerrallaan. Saat siis nauttia paikasta omassa rauhassa. Isäntäväki asuu päärakennuksessa ja huolehtii viihtyvyydestänne.

Escape to this private and spacious resort-style country house in the peaceful countryside of Porvoo. Unwind in the hot tub after a workout in the home gym then relax in one of the two saunas (one electric inside and one wood-fired outside). Enjoy your stay at our Scandinavian design home, which is built on two floors with a room height of over 4m. You'll live in a private apartment connected to our detached house. There is access available for a sauna & swimming pool area within the main house (for an extra cost). The house is located in the middle of Helsinki in a peaceful neighborhood (Oulunkylä). Excellent accessibility to both the city center and the airport by public transportation or your own car. Free street-parking

Villa Linnéa piharakennus

Tervetuloa viihtyisään, vastikään remontoituun pikkukämppään, joka sijaitsee erillisessä rakennuksessa kotimme pihalla. Majoituksessa on oma sisäänkäynti, kylpyhuone, keittiö ja oma terassi. Pihan uima-allas on yhteiskäytössä talon asukkaiden kanssa kesäisin. Makuuhuoneessa on parisänky ja olohuoneessa kaksi vuodesohvaa. Alue on rauhallinen ja turvallinen, ja pysäköinti onnistuu aivan majoituksen edessä. Asumme viereisessä talossa ja autamme mielellämme, jos tarvitsette apua.

Only a 2-minute walk away is the nearest bus stop where buses will take you directly to downtown Helsinki (10 minute bus ride!). The studio is also close to the beach (10 minute walk), restaurants and dining (2 minute walk), as well as a grocery store. You will love it because of the newly done renovation as well as the ideal location. The real bonus is a fast internet connection.

Majoitushintaan sisältyy lauantaisin yksityinen sauna- ja uintivuoro klo 19-20. Muina päivinä allasosasto on käytettävissä yhteisinä uintivuoroina. Voit pulahtaa taloyhtiön uima-altaaseen aamu-uinnille joka arkipäivä Sauna on käytössä vain lauantaina ja sunnuntaina. Taloyhtiön kuntosali varattavissa omaan käyttöön.

Come & enjoy luxury cottage in lake district Finland with main and sauna house w/ 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and upper floor with 4 beds more, 2 saunas, upstairs game area and all necessary amenities + bathtub. Beach & terrace to south. There is also an outdoor fireplace with small "half-cottage" / laavu on the north side of the peninsula. Preferred arrival/departure day for longer stays is Sunday.

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 8th until October 18th in 2026.
