Condo vacation rentals in Uusimaa

A spacious, bright and really comfortable apartment which catered well to the needs of our young family. The travel cot and highchair provided were a great help (I’m sure Juuso would also have provided a stairgate if this had been needed but we were happy to manage without). The location is a real winner with gorgeous views from the apartment’s full length windows. We also loved using the sauna. The local pizza place (just minutes away) was also a real find!

Très bel appartement, très bien situé. Très bel accueil, communication très fluide avec Martina. Petit bémol sur la douche un peu étroite vu mon gabarit (185cm) et le lit un peu short pour 2 personnes. Logement très propre ! On recommande :)

Exceptional condo. Classy, sophisticated, organized and very clean. The condo is spacious with numerous places to sit, cozy-up and enjoy the surroundings. The neighbourhood is perfect.

Lula’s apartment is elegantly designed and thoughtfully appointed. Despite its convenient location on the tram line, it is super quiet. And bright! The expansive view over the broad street and blooming trees was a favorite joy of mine in the mornings. Some of our favorite meals were just around the corner, but the tram also made it incredibly easy to reach further-flung destinations. We loved our stay in Helsinki in large part because of how delightful this apartment was to come back to, and we chose to have dinner at home on several occasions just so we could enjoy it more. This was a great stay in the heart of Helsinki's Design District. The place was exactly as described and had all the amenities needed for shorter or longer stays. There are a few flights of stairs to reach the unit but they are not steep. The location is perfect for walking to explore the neighborhoods, with several connections to trams and buses. The central train station (and most of the main attractions) are about a 15-minute walk. Although on an active pedestrian street, the apartment is incredibly quiet inside since it is set back from the street and has excellent walls and windows. The hosts were flexible about the check-in process when my flight was rescheduled and delayed. Overall, I would strongly recommend this place to anyone with good mobility looking to take advantage of the area.

It has been the best house I have ever rented with Airbnb. Clean, everything working finely, the house is as big as you need. Everything you need is inside. I strongly recommend it to people.

L' host è stato fin da subito molto disponibile amichevole e veloce nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Molto comodo ai servizi con bar, supermercato e stazione vicini. Ich hatte eine sehr angenehme Zeit in der Unterkunft von Kimmo. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und freundlich, und der Check-in verlief problemlos. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Besonders positiv war die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Nice little charming place. In walking distance of the train station and easy to find and access. There were more accessories and amenities than expected and everything worked perfectly.

Ollie’s condo is beautifully presented. It’s a short walk to light rail and metro and a 15 minute walk to the water. The sauna is great! We loved staying in the heart of Helsinki. It’s a beautiful city and Olli’s place is the perfect base to explore.

Peaceful flat in a quiet neighborhood, just outside the city centre with great public transportation options nearby. Friendly and responsive host. Matched the listing perfectly. Recommended.

Majoitus vastasi erinomaisesti yksilapsisen perheen tarpeisiin kahden yön lomareissulla ja voisimme yöpyä uudestaankin, vaikka joitain puutteita ilmenikin. Majoituksen pihalla oleva leikkipaikka oli melko hoitamattomassa kunnossa, mutta onneksi 5min kävelymatkan päästä löytyi kiva asukaspuisto. Suihkusta tuli ensimmäisenä aamuna vain kylmää vettä useiden minuuttien ajan, kunnes lopulta kuumeni jopa liikaa. Toisena aamuna suihkusta tuleva vesi oli liian kuumaa, eikä sitä saanut kylmemmälle.

It was very first time to use Airbnb and it was such a great time. The room, kitchen, bathroom and other spaces are exactly same as you see on the web page’s pictures. So clean and really comfortable. The interior design is sophisticated and I also enjoyed some artek furnitures and iitala cups. It was so helpful that he offers some seasonings, salt and pepper for example, which is too much to buy by myself for two weeks stay but definitely needed for cooking. The location is perfect for accessing to the central city by train, tram or bike as well. Easy to access to the supermarket, but also have calm atmosphere since it’s a residential area. Endrit is a great host. So nice to all of guests and doing his best to make us feel as it’s home. He’s accepted my additional requests to keeping my luggages. Highly recommended for every guests who’s looking for the place to stay for sightseeing or staying long term.

Saara’s place is fantastic. The view is beautiful, the unit is comfortable and cosy and it is easy to get to via public transport. The sauna and pool are amazing! Highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

We absolutely loved this place. Everything there made sense. The host was communicative at all times, and gave us great suggestions on where to go. The design of the house is extremely logical and high quality. The location was perfect if you want to be in nature and a little outside of Helsinki but close to everything you need. Renting a car will help but is not absolutely necessary unless you want to visit Nuuksio, where it can be difficult to find return transportation. The area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There are apples growing by the sidewalks on the walk from the house to the beach, and the beach is a 15 minute walk. There is a grocery store that is a 5 minute walk away and has all of the food that you would need. The neighbors were friendly and helpful (even the quirky one). Overall, I absolutely loved this place.

I had a very peaceful and comfortable stay at this apartment. The space is clean, cosy, and thoughtfully arranged, with a pleasant atmosphere that made it easy to settle in. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The location is lovely—just behind a quiet park, perfect for taking a walk or sitting in the sun on warm days. It felt like a gentle retreat, and I left feeling rested and content. I’d be happy to stay here again.
