It is strongly recommended that you do your major shopping in town as there is only a small grocery store. View of the NAO NAO motu. Kayaks available. Transportation is highly recommended to get there and get around.

I highly recommend if you want an intimate experience from the community of the wonderful island of Tahaa. For a modest supplement Marcel dropped us off several times and took us around the island. Kiki's family welcomed us warmly and made our visit a memorable experience. Please note there isn't always hot water, but the experience was worth it. If complete comfort is a priority for you, you have to go somewhere else.

Pierre greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor, and suggested we get a coffee and explore the Uturoa Market, which was the first of many great suggestions. Pierre is captain, chef, tour guide and storyteller. And by the time we departed all felt we’d made a new friend. Truly. Together we explored the lagoon of Raiatea and Taha’a and sailed the open South Pacific Ocean to Bora Bora and got an understanding of why it’s called the deep blue sea. We sailed through Bora Bora’s lagoon and saw the thousand shades of blue the lagoon is famous for. Pierre took us on the most wonderful adventures for the 7 days we sailed with him, from hiking through the jungle to see vanilla orchids to snorkeling with sharks and rays to spending an enchanted day on a private beach owned by a Polynesian family. If you’re thinking about booking but have never sailed before do it, Bora Bora is best experienced from the lagoon and Pierre is a perfect host!

Great place! Very convenient from the airport and our host arranged the transfer to the accommodation as well as an excursion to discover the island and we had a pleasant day! The accommodation is very clean and functional! Bike usable free of charge for guests which is nice. Very friendly staff. I would recommend it 100%

Amazing stay at Josiane's! A bungalow so relaxing by the sea The bed is very comfortable, I was lulled by the sound of the waves, which is very pleasant. The room is very spacious. The terrace is great for enjoying the day of a little reading and enjoying a beautiful sunset, unique every night. Josiane was able to advise me on excursions and help me find excellent restaurants. The best part is that it offers vehicle rentals! Super easy! Moana is great too! Very welcoming! thank you so much for this unforgettable stay! I would definitely stay again! 😁🌊💙

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Hinano and Robert’s beautiful home. The high level of hospitality was beyond my expectations! Immediately I felt very welcomed and comfortable as Robert is so kind and friendly and he went out of his way to organise activities and tours for me. The meals they prepare were an absolute delight as was the dinner conversation! Regretfully I left Raiatea and their lovely waterfront b and b but I hope to return another time!

I had a great time with Nasha and André despite 3 days of rain, the house is super spacious, the bedrooms and bathroom too, there is access to the pontoon with a magnificent view of the bay, a great snack bar not far away. Nasha and André are super welcoming and generous, great times spent together at breakfast and even several shared meals! Great to meet you. Mauruuru!

Meeting Eleonore was a pure moment of happiness during our stay! Whether it's in her dishes, her rhythm or the way she makes us live, we immerse ourselves in Polynesian culture with great pleasure and the human sharing was amazing. She will advise you on the best plans for the island so that you can make the most of it. The accommodation is simple but effective, don't expect a 5-star hotel room, you will live in the heart of a lush garden, where nature is king! You will be very happy to stay a few days on this incredible island.
