Townhome vacation rentals in Utrecht

A modern apartment with a very nice living room with kitchen. Well equipped. The neighbourhood is calm and you can reach downtown Utrecht and its railway station easily by car or by bus. This apartment is normally inhabited by the hosts so the place has much more charm and quality than the usual apartments that are commercially rented out where everything is IKEA and without much character. The hosts are very nice people that explained everything well. They also generously gave us some fruits and prosecco and we they offered us to use food in the fridge and kitchen.

Our family had an absolutely delightful (extended) stay at Nathalie’s place! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was definitely the cozy fireplace. It was such a treat to relax by the fire with a drink after a long day. Our host provided a perfect check-in experience, greeting us personally and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality made us feel right at home from the start. The neighborhood is wonderful, with quaint shops, cafes, and the city center within walking distance. Communication with our host was excellent throughout our stay. Nathalie’s is very responsive to questions and provides great recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations.

We spent a great week at Vera's. It's a comfortable and interesting house in a vibrant area. Vera is considerate; there's plenty of good local information. Utrecht is a great city, lots to do. We had some great walks and cycling is easy and safe. The railway station is close and there are plenty of easy connections to nearby towns and cities

We enjoyed our stay in this accomodation very much! We felt welcomed and liked the house, as it is furnitured very "homey". Petra was a great host, as she provided clear instructions and communication with her was easy and uncomplicated.

Ho trascorso nell’ appartamento di Isis una settimana con la mia famiglia. L appartamento è curato, arredato con gusto e con tutti i confort. Il quartiere è vicino al centro ma lontano dal trambusto e immerso nel verde. Le due bici in dotazione sono state molto utili. Utrecht tra l’altro una bellissima città e strategica per visitare tutti i Paesi Bassi. Nell appartamento di Isis ci siamo sentiti come a casa, anche noi viviamo in una zona verde vicino al centro di una bella città, e ci ha permesso di assaporare il modo di vivere degli olandesi. Consiglio vivamente!

This Airbnb was excellent! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Utrecht Overvecht train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The house itself was very comfortable and immaculately clean, with all necessary amenities provided. Everything you could possibly need was available in the home. The host was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations. I particularly appreciated the smart home features that made the stay even more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Utrecht!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Fons ist sehr nett und schnell erreichbar, falls man Fragen hat. Unser Highlight war, dass das Haus direkt am Wasser liegt sowie die Sauna.

This is the perfect space for a family. We wanted to see Amsterdam but not be on top of Amsterdam and this is just right. The bus stop is so close and it can take you the whole way into Central Amsterdam. Peaceful, green surroundings and a quaint walkable coffee shop . Their home also has a cat named George, who made us feel most welcome. Communication is great & checkin is breezy . Highly recommend this space.

We loved staying at Donate and her family’s house. It was so comfortable, in a great location easy to get around. Our daughter loved the craft area, back garden with swing and the cute bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, we really appreciated the full washer and dryer and it was a great space for us as a family traveling and needing a comfortable home base!

We had a wonderful time at William and Christa property. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Christa was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the booking process and check-in a breeze. We especially enjoyed the beautiful front yard and backyard garden and peaceful neighborhood. We were a family of four, came by car for a weekend. Great place to stay for sightseeing around (Amsterdam, Utrecht, Giethoorn, Zandaam...). Good sleep, quiet place, the house itself is great and Maurits&Femke were very nice and gentle hosts, although we haven't met in person. Liked the most the music on Sonos music system (lounge mix). Pitty we didn't have time to see places right next to the house (pancake-caffe, Soestdijk Palace..) recomended by Maurits&Femke. All in all, warm recommandations.

Floortje è stata una host molto gentile e sempre disponibile: ha sempre risposto con molta rapidità e cortesia alle nostre richieste. La casa è molto carina e il quartiere in cui si trova è delizioso e ben servito: vicino ci sono ristoranti, supermercati, autobus che portano in centro città.

He had a wonderful 5 days of stay, along with family. Wonderful experience. - the house was huuge and spacious. Big living, dining, full kitchen, service area and a toilet in the ground floor, 2 good sized bedrooms a bathroom/ toilet on the first and a huge 3rd bedroom in the 2nd floor - the house was Squeeky clean, well equipped, 5-mins from the nearest bus stop - all furnishings were comfortable. - we were able to travel to Amsterdam Central in 45 mins using 1 bus and a tram. - Bae was very friendly and very responsive Totally recommend and would definitely return during another visit to Amsterdam.

Wir hatten eine tolle und erholsame Zeit bei Ute und ihrem lieben Hund Juni 🐾 Nach einer langen Autofahrt wurden wir von Ute mit einem leckeren Abendessen überrascht, vielen Dank noch einmal dafür! Auch ihr SUP-Board durften wir nutzen. Wir entschieden uns für diese Unterkunft aufgrund der Nähe zu Amsterdam. Der Ort ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig; Wir würden es immer wieder dem Zentrum vorziehen! Super Lage - Super Zimmer - Super Host 🥰

Michael's house was in a fantastic location to walk and bike around Utrecht. Michael was incredibly responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Utrecht!

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Tage in Utrecht und eine sehr angenehme Übernachtung bei Pieter, Bart & den Mitbewohnern. Alle sind ausgesprochen herzliche und offene Gastgeber – wir haben schöne Gespräche geführt und uns rundum willkommen gefühlt, genauso wie unser Hund, der mit großer Freundlichkeit empfangen wurde. Die Wohnung hat Charme, Witz und Wärme – sie ist sauber, liebevoll gestaltet und strahlt eine besondere Atmosphäre aus, die gut tut. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder (inklusive!) waren eine großartige Möglichkeit, schnell und entspannt in die Stadt zu kommen. Es fühlte sich an wie ein Zuhause auf Zeit – vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🫶

Mariella made everything so easy for us, from check-in to check-out to her lovely house in Houten. The house was perfect for our 6-day stay in the Netherlands - it is a really welcoming space, clean, modern, well-maintained, amazing kitchen/diner and excellent bedrooms, perfect for a family like us. The garden is lovely too, and my kids loved the trampoline. The house is really close to the centre of Houten and half an hour on bicycle to Utrecht. Mariella generously let us use the family bicycles for the duration of our stay. We recommend this highly.
