This chalet is within 6x4 and has a kitchen (with microwave oven and fridge), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 with a step) and plenty of storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 km from Utrecht, 3 km from the A2). Bicycles available; battery-powered boats, a sloop, and a sailboat available for rent. Discover this peaceful waterside retreat, accessible only by boat. A complimentary 5-minute boat transfer from the parking area is included. We will personally welcome you, accompany you to the cabin, and give a brief introduction to the accommodation, the boat, and the surrounding area. We are available 24/7 and can quickly assist you by boat in case of questions or emergencies. As the boat is not covered by Airbnb's insurance, a refundable €500 security deposit is required for its use.

In the garden, you can relax in a hammock, jump on a trampoline, go canoeing, paddle boarding and swimming from your own jetty. Nearby you can continue hiking and cycling to the nearby village of Breukelen and/or hiking along the Vecht. From Breukelen station, you can reach the city center of Amsterdam or Utrecht by train in 25 minutes.

With four bedrooms and a prime location next to the Jaarbeurs, close to Utrecht Centraal and a 15–20 minute walk from the historic city center. New houseboat since June 2026.
