This chalet is within 6x4 and has a kitchen (with microwave oven and fridge), bathroom with shower and toilet, a cozy bedstee (1.40m x 2.00 with a step) and plenty of storage space. The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 km from Utrecht, 3 km from the A2). Bicycles available; battery-powered boats, a sloop, and a sailboat available for rent. Close to the city center of Utrecht, this beautiful and spacious accommodation is located on our meadow, surrounded by our grazing sheep. The location of the chalet gives you a lot of privacy, and from the living room and bedroom, you have a wonderful view of the meadow and orchard. In February and March, the lambs are born inside the barn. Of course, they can be admired, and in nice weather, they will be outside during the day. Bike rental on location possible. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room, spacious kitchen with all appliances and on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A puppy nursery is located on the property. The entire property is located in Eemnes. Only 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam and Utrecht and the bus stops almost at the door.
