Hallontorpet

Mitt på Utö med gångavstånd till stränder och fantastisk natur ligger denna lilla pärla. Perfekt för den som vill ha det lugnt och bo mitt i naturen. Huset är perfekt för två personer men funkar med tex 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Bara några minuters promenad till havet. Flera utmärkta vandringsleder finns på Utö. En karta finns i huset. "Samhället" Gruvan är ca 4km bort där flertalet restauranger, matbutik m.m. finns. Kliv av båten vid Spränga brygga. Att tänka på. En tur går endast till Gruvan.

Stugan är en mysig stuga mitt på Utö. Med balkong mot nordost med havsglimt. Pentry, kyl m frysfack, mikrovågsugn, Tv, Braskamin, WC och dusch. Soffan fällser ni ut på natten så blir det en 140 säng. Lakan ingår ej. Husdjur är tillåtet, men säg till innan. Ett begränsat antal cyklar finns att hyra. Närmaste stället för att bada är 50 m nedanför huset. Där finns en grässtrand. Till Gruvbyn är det ca 2,7 km. Där finns alla faciliteter så som ICA Utö, de kan hjälper till att köra hem maten.

En mysig stuga mitt på Utö. 700 meter till Bykrogen. 5 kilometer till Gruvbyn med ICA butik och flertalet restauranger. Närmaste bad 800 meter med klippor eller sandstrand. Vattentoalett, frys, kyl och kokmöjligheter. Stugan har ett loft med sängplatser, men även ett sovrum. På baksidan har du en stor altan i söderläge. En kolgrill står till ditt förfogande.
