Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and amazing nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to have peace and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are on Utö. A map is located in the house. A nice little restaurant is within walking distance. "The community" The mine is about 4 km away where several restaurants, grocery store, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga pier.

The cottage is located about 4 km from Gruvbryggan with Utö inn, ICA and a number of restaurants. Nearest swimming area with diving tower and jetty about 1 km. Popular Storsand is 7 km towards Ålö. Bikes are also available for rent on site. As a guest, you bring bed linens and towels. Cleaning is done by you as a guest.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Cabin Storskär on Utö

Stugan Storskär byggdes för några år sedan har allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse på Utö, skärgårdens kanske vackraste och mest mångfacetterade ö. Stor altan med sol från lunch till sen kväll på somrarna. Utemöbler, kolgrill (kol ingår ej) och fullt utrustat kök, diskmaskin och AC. Brädspel, böcker, kortlek finns också. För barnen finns en lekstuga, leksaker, fotbollar, kubb och annat att låna. För regniga dagar finns Wifi och TV med Apple-TV men även en bastu på tomten.

Archipelago house on Utö, Rådjursbacken

Rådjursbacken är en komplett stuga som ligger i ett lungt område mitt på ön, med nära till Spränga brygga. Stugan är i två plan. På nedre plan är allrummet med Tv, braskamin, kök med diskmaskin, WC med dusch och tvättmaskin. Stor altan mot väst med havsglimt. På altanen finns grill och utemöbler. Övre plan har 2 sovrum med 2 bäddar i varje rum. Spjälsäng, barnstol finns. Ett begränsat antal cyklar finns att hyra. Bryggplats finns, men hör av er innan om ni önskar låna den.

With eagles and deer outside the window, you relax from the inside out. Simply a unique place.

Cozy Studio on Utö | Near Beach & Restaurant

Escape to a cozy and cleverly designed studio in a peaceful forest setting on Utö. For bookings made after July 1, fresh linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Earlier bookings can add these for SEK 150 per person. The 15 sqm studio has a sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. A loft (10 sqm) with three beds is accessed by a ladder. Just 500 m from the beach and 300 m from restaurants and bike rentals.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
